The Spot DTLV is a walled, gated triplex that is also the perfect spot for families or groups to book and enjoy a private, connected retreat with shared outdoor space.

Discover a tranquil outdoor sanctuary complete with a pergola-covered sitting area and cozy fire pit—an ideal spot to unwind and savor the Las Vegas evenings.

- Sleeps up to 4 guests in each unit with an option for up to 5 (added fee)
- Master Bedroom: Queen bed
- Bedroom 2: Two twin beds
- Living Room Area with convertible sofa, 75” 4K TV, work area
- Fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4
-Washer and dryer available in private, locked storage room in back of property
