This charming home is located in the historic West Side of Las Vegas, an older, vibrant neighborhood known for its unique character and rich history. It’s a peaceful and welcoming area, offering a quiet stay just minutes from the Strip.



Late-night bookings are welcome at anytime. Self check-in is available anytime after 4 PM.



Please note that no parties or gatherings are allowed, and quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is prohibited inside, but there’s a designated smoking area outside. Violations of these rules will result in reservation cancellation without reimbursement.

This 900 square foot home has lots to offer. Brand new furniture, TV in living room. Enjoy a stylish experience at your new centrally-located place with two bedrooms (TV in all bedrooms) and one bathroom.



You will have access to your new Quartz Island and countertop where you can cook your own meals. Dinning table for you to sit down, relax and enjoy a home cooked meal. Smart TV in the all bedrooms and living room, wifi, office desk and more can be used in your new home. Please feel free to use all amenities.

If you are a woman, do not stay here! This is a shady part of Vegas and I did not feel comfortable or safe staying here that my friend and I actually booked at a hotel in Vegas. We were on a bottom floor unit, and even out Uber driver asked if we were in the right place. We did not stay here beyond an hour.

We are sorry to hear that you did not feel comfortable during your brief stay. We do want to clarify that this is not a “shady” area of Las Vegas. The home is located in an older, well-established residential neighborhood that is peaceful, family-friendly, and safe. We have welcomed many guests to the property and have never experienced the type of safety concerns described in this review. We understand that every guest may have a different level of comfort, but we want future guests to have an accurate understanding of the area and the home.

Just what I was looking for

For a multiweek stay in Vegas I was looking for something modest, quiet, and clean, and this ended up being a good choice.

The home itself was clean, check-in was straightforward, and the interior matched the photos in the listing. However, the exterior of the building and the surrounding neighborhood felt quite run-down, with a noticeable presence of unhoused individuals nearby, neighbors smoking on the balcony, and people loitering on the street, which did not feel very safe for my family.

Horrible smell in the first unit. Neighbors sounded like a heard of elephants at 7 am every morning. Couldn't do laundry because the cleaning crew was using the guest W/D. Overall a really bad experience.

If anything is ever disruptive during your stay, we encourage guests to reach out so we can address it right away. We’re sorry to hear the unit did not meet expectations on arrival and will review this with our team to ensure everything is properly checked moving forward. Regarding the washer and dryer, they are available for guest use throughout the stay. Our cleaning team may access them during turnover periods, but there is still ample availability outside of those times.

The space was clean and it was close to downtown but there were issues:1. My biggest issue is the I was told I could not have the address until 2 pm the day I arrive. All it said was "minutes from the strip" which it was, and "north Las Vegas." My friends there kept telling me they needed then address to tell me if it was safe or not. I asked for the address w the owner but was told no--not until 2 pm the day I arrive. 2. It's in a pretty rough part of town---didn't feel safe and super dark3. The people upstairs were talking super loud---sounded like 20 of them and their steps were so loud and one night it was literally until 5am Only one night was there not loud noises upstairs.4. The air conditioning wouldn't not go below 72. The instructions said it could go to 68 but wasn't possible w the thermostat. Made it very difficult to sleep---no fans.5. The price was good---but had I had the address I never would have booked.If you re looking for a good price and only sleep there then this could be a good option. But if you plan to be there for anything but sleeping---and don't mind the noise and the temp then this is a good bargain.

We’re sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. For clarity, the property is not located in North Las Vegas, and the property address is available through the listing information. The exact address is also included in our standard automated check-in information sent at 2 PM on the day of arrival. Regarding the neighborhood and lighting, we understand that every guest may have a different level of comfort with their surroundings. The property around the building are well lit with exterior lighting for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Regarding the noise, we were not made aware during the stay of the level of noise described in the review. Had we known, we would have made sure to address the issue promptly. Also, the AC is normally set to a minimum of 72° to help protect the system, but we’re always happy to work with our guests when they need additional comfort. Had you reached out during your stay, we would have been glad to help with adjusting the temperature. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide a clean and comfortable experience for our guests

It’s not a home! When they advertise welcome to your new home it’s not true it’s a quadplex it’s one building with 4 apartments the people above us from 5pm to 1am sounded like they were running or stomping back and forth and then in the morning it would start again times varied but it was annoying to say the least! The apartment was clean, the bedrooms were nice the whole apartment setup was as described. Never felt threatened but neighborhood was definitely not just older so too say but there’s a homeless community nearby, but we actually stopped and gave them things we had bought to show our compassion for them daily which was our choice with no pressure we were just trying to make it ak little better, water snacks and food daily but never felt threatened at all they were good people in a bad situation! Overall are stay was good the only complaint was that others didn’t show courtesy to the occupants below so the quite time thing doesn’t really exist to cause a ruckus over something like that wasn’t worth it so we tried to be tolerant and cut the host a break! I would say it was a 7 out of 10 . Good price nice inside just a little noisy above, I think I’d probably do it again but I would ask about who’s going to be above us first! The host were good no issues.
