The Space:
This Unit comes with a huge terrace amazing for the summer. Amazing BBQ with lounge chairs to enjoy the sun.
The terasse is shared with three other units and has the most beautiful views and sunset in montreal.
During the winter we will have heathers and remove a few furniture. We can play the ping pong table outside or inside.
The fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs, Nespresso machine with coffee, and everything you need to feel at home are all provided. Each room features a beautiful smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and more!
Guest Access:
The guest has access to the whole unit and the Shared Terrasse and the parking spot for FREE

There is a few stairs to go up .
