The backyard features multiple seating areas, a wet bar with a built-in grill, and a pool! Inside, you'll find a Smart TV, games for all ages, and cozy beds, making it feel like a home away from home. We are conveniently located just 12 minutes from Tempe Marketplace and 18 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale.
Additionally, we are only minutes away from the Cubs and Giants Training Camp and the 101 freeway!

The home features a spacious living room with a 60" Smart TV with Netflix, multiple seating areas, board games for entertainment, and a dining table with six guests. The kitchen is well-equipped with cooking basics, new stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods.

- Please note the pool is not heated, and there is no fence around the pool. The backyard is fenced.
- Parking is available in the driveway in front of the garage or street.

Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: Many of our guests have allergies, so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet, we are happy to recommend some alternatives nearby.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
