I love cooking with high-quality ingredients, whether it's a slow-simmered Lasagna Bolognese or a fresh, buttery fruit tart. (Nothing beats homemade crust!) Being in the kitchen is where I feel most at home—and I try to bring that same warmth into every guest experience.
My days are beautifully full with three little ones who keep me on my toes and my heart full. They stumbled upon a quiet, welcoming community that feels tucked away, yet still central to everything.
One of the first things we noticed was how peaceful it was. The streets are clean and well manicured, and there’s a real sense of pride among the residents—many of whom are retired and friendly. The heated pool and hot tub are a major bonus, and to our surprise, they’re rarely crowded. Every time we brought our kids over to Nana and Grandad’s for a swim, it felt like we had a private resort all to ourselves.
As we spent more time here, it became clear this was the perfect setting for a short-term rental: relaxing, beautiful, and centrally located—but with a vibe that’s anything but busy or chaotic. We wanted to share that experience with others and create a space where guests could feel that same sense of calm and comfort.
