We had a wonderful time staying at The Bougainvillea Villa. The home was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of conveniences like an assortment of small appliances for cooking. It was nice to have an air fryer on hand. The beds were a bit on the firmer side for those who are curious, but we slept well. The hosts were very good at communicating throughout the process. We will definitely be returning when we come to Mesa again.

My family was in town for a swim meet at the nearby Kino Aquatic Center. Everything about this rental was exactly what we were looking for. If we are back in town at some point, we would absolutely love to stay here again!

Great house in a great location that was close to many excellent restaurants. House was clean and well equipped. Tricky to find the address with Apple Maps but host informed us before hand so we used Google Maps and found it right away! We will definitely stay here again if it’s available

Lovely patio home setting, very comfy and pleasant, quiet community. The host was readily available for questions at check in, and all the amenities were terrific!!! Our party of three enjoyed this home base for a long weekend.

Fantastic place to stay! Hosts are easy to communicate with, and the condo was lovely. Everything we needed was there. Very easy walk to pool/hot tub. Would definitely stay there again.

Incredible spot. Me, my dad, and my brother all stayed here for a wedding. Great to be able to lounge in the family room along with all having our own space. Very clean and decorated very nicely. Loved our stay here. Would do again.

We enjoyed a quick two day stay as we were eloping. The host were more than happy to allow my beauty team to come in and help me get ready. The place was peaceful and cozy. We will definitely be using the property again in the future.

The place was absolutely immaculate! The host thought of everything we might ever need. The kitchen was full of all things needed to prepare a wonderful meal. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Literally, nothing was out of place or missing. The community pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. This is a first class VRBO, no doubt.

This home was absolutely wonderful! It was clean, beautifully decorated and very relaxing. We arrived after dark and the host had the lights on for us when we arrived. Kitchen was very well stocked with coffee and tea supplies as well as anything you would need to cook. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the patio was perfect for coffee in the morning. There was so much space and we wished we had more time to enjoy the home!

We had an exceptional time at this property. The house was gorgeous, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The décor, especially the Christmas decorations, made it feel warm and inviting, and it was truly one of the nicest VRBOs we’ve stayed in.Everything was exactly as described, and the space was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the whole home felt thoughtfully prepared for guests.We’re already planning to come back, likely around the same time next year. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway!

A beautiful home with everything you need! Very close to the Mesa Convention Center. There were a few bumps beyond the owners control but they were very responsive and communication was excellent. Definitely could stay here again!

This place is perfect with every type of kitchen gadget you will need. It is clean and relaxing. The check in and check out process is easy. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The house is a ranch style, making it easy to navigate for guests that have limited mobility (a grandma in town to watch soccer). We loved it. The host immediately contacted us regarding left behind items. Overall great experience.

Outside of design, I’m a devoted foodie who believes good food is one of life’s purest joys. I love cooking with high-quality ingredients, whether it's a slow-simmered Lasagna Bolognese or a fresh, buttery fruit tart. (Nothing beats homemade crust!) Being in the kitchen is where I feel most at home—and I try to bring that same warmth into every guest experience.

My days are beautifully full with three little ones who keep me on my toes and my heart full. Motherhood has taught me the importance of comfort, flexibility, and hospitality—and those lessons influence the way I host. I know how important it is to arrive at a space that’s clean, peaceful, and ready—whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with a whole family in tow.

Hosting became a natural extension of my love for creating inviting spaces and sharing the joy of home. My goal is simple: to offer you a place that’s not just well-appointed, but well-loved. I want you to walk in and immediately feel like you belong.

We chose this neighborhood because it already felt like home. My parents live here, and what started as a practical move for them—to be closer to work—turned into something unexpectedly wonderful. They stumbled upon a quiet, welcoming community that feels tucked away, yet still central to everything.

One of the first things we noticed was how peaceful it was. The streets are clean and well manicured, and there’s a real sense of pride among the residents—many of whom are retired and friendly. The heated pool and hot tub are a major bonus, and to our surprise, they’re rarely crowded. Every time we brought our kids over to Nana and Grandad’s for a swim, it felt like we had a private resort all to ourselves.

As we spent more time here, it became clear this was the perfect setting for a short-term rental: relaxing, beautiful, and centrally located—but with a vibe that’s anything but busy or chaotic. We wanted to share that experience with others and create a space where guests could feel that same sense of calm and comfort.
