Welcome World Travelers! Dive into the history of this unique and memorable area of St Thomas. This incredible castle we call the Queen's Quarters is your gateway to experiencing America’s Paradise. You will love this fully remodeled 200 year old castle in the heart of Downtown St Thomas Charlotte Amalie.
We have 5 totally private units within the castle, each with their own entrance and customized for all types of international travelers.
This Castle was once built by General Santa Anna in the 1800's and we have spent the time to make it a traveler's dream with high-speed Wifi in each villa, new plumbing and electric, super clean and fresh.
This location is the ideal spot to walk around Charlotte Amalie and enjoy the Cosmopolitan atmosphere, brimming with Danish colonial architecture, duty-free shops, and cultural landmarks.
It is ideal for travelers that want to experience everything St. Thomas has to offer being centrally located in the Historic Downtown District just 2 miles from the airport, and a few blocks to the cruise terminals and ferry services.
You are only 3 miles from one of the best beaches in the world, Magens Bay.
Take a quick drive to Red Hook and get on the Car Ferry to head over to St John for the day and experience the small island paradise with pristine beaches, incredible shopping, amazing foods and everything you dream about for your Island getaway.
This unit does have stairs that you will have to walk up in order to access the unit.
It would be comparable to 2 flights of stairs.
There are two cameras on the exterior of the building: one is above the gate to the Penthouse/Unit #2 and the second one is hanging from Unit 4. The entrance to Unit 3 and the road is in view.
HOUSE RULES
1. All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app.
2. Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is NOT Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal. If any type of animal is brought onto the property, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee.
3. Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
4. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a party will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
5. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
6. If there is anything damaged or missing from the property, you will be responsible to replace and/or fix it.
7. Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
8. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Check-In Time 3:00 PM.
9. There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that is lost and not recoverable.
10. No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules.
REPAIRS:
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.
The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

Please treat our home with respect and leave it in the condition as when you arrived.
We would greatly appreciate it!

- Set the thermostat to 77 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Please leave our coffee, creamer, and sugar in the designated area.
- Leave beds unmade - sheets, blankets, comforter and pillows on the bed - no need to strip the bed!
- Leave used towels in a pile in the bathtub/shower.
- Log out of all streaming apps you logged into on the televisions.
- Be sure all windows are closed and locked.
- Please be sure the door is locked as you leave - If applicable, place the key in the lockbox and scramble the code.
