This is beautiful and very private. The patio is large and shady with a gorgeous view of the sea and also it's in the treetops on another side. Paul, the owner was very helpful as well. The room itself is large and lovely with a full kitchen on one wall. I just loved the bedroom set which was beautiful and vintage. Everything was tasteful and made me feel at home. It was hard to leave.

Paul was available for anything quickly, and made sure we were taken care of.The property was exactly as described. Bed was comfortable, plenty of cooking supplies and the gas grill worked perfectly.This location is on the best side of the island for getting around and shopping without the crazy crowds. Less than 20 minutes to the best beach on the island.

Remote Jungle getaway with beautiful views

This was our first time to the island and Paul made it so comfortable. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. I mean Everything. Very peaceful location with great ocean views. When we texted Paul, he responded within minutes. He made booking another trip to St Thomas easy because we know where we will be staying.

Our stay at this beautiful VRBO in St. Thomas was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, peaceful atmosphere. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could have needed to feel comfortable and relaxed.Waking up each morning to the breathtaking ocean views made this trip feel truly special. The location was perfect—private and serene, yet close enough to beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore on the island.The host was wonderful—responsive, welcoming, and clearly committed to making sure guests have an amazing experience. This rental exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a slice of paradise in St. Thomas, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed in the studio apt and it was perfect. The location was beautiful and peaceful and quiet. It was nice to be able to get away from the touristy hustle and bustle. The host Paul and his wife are very nice people and very helpful and eager to make your stay perfect. Didn’t see them much but they respond right away and are very friendly. I highly suggest renting a vehicle in town. Overall this was an amazing trip. Villa de la vista is a perfect spot, will always hold a spot in our hearts. We will definitely go back to this location. Thanks again for hosting us Paul!

We absolutely loved where we were. The peaceful quiet was perfect. The first day we sat ot on the deck and just absorbed the peace surrounding us.

Room was good overall, lovely patio area actually bigger than room. Host responsive to concerns. Close to Sapphire beach, which was our favorite, and to Red Hook for ferry to St John. Cleanliness good. Parking worked well once we learnt to reverse down rather then try to reverse up!

The studio was as described. Host was awesome. Quick to answer queestions. We were standed in St. Thomas for 2 extra days and the host was able to extend our stay for those days. This was very helpful.

The house was very welcoming. We appreciated having chairs to be able to carry to the beach and snorkeling equipment. There was also medicine under the counter and other things that are above and beyond an average hotel stay. There was a dehumidifier which was amazingly useful. Everything was very clean.

Magical spot up in the hills beautifully overlooking the ocean. A little challenge to locate at first but google maps helped alot!! Great host!!!

Great Views!

We loved the privacy and the views more than anything and having an eat in kitchen with everything you need made it nice to wake up in the morning’s and enjoy that first cup of coffee on the balcony.

great spot

Gorgeous view, very relaxing just sitting out on the patio. Little difficult to find, but easy to get to everything by car. Definitely would recommend renting a car if you are staying here though.

Perfect studio for a couple. Paul was great. Views are amazing. The island is small so everywhere was less than 20-30 minutes away.

Quiet retreat on St. Thomas

Comfortable place with a lovely covered porch for lounging amonst the trees. We enjoyed the quiet location in the shade with a peek of the water, surrounded by vegetation. Saw lots of birds including the black crested hummingbird and a pair of parakeets! Lovednthat it was close to Maygan's Ba

Great place to stay!!

My wife an I recently stayed for two weeks at Villa de la Vista and had a wonderful time. The outdoor space was awesome and has a beautiful view of the ocean and some islands. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. We had a problem with the jeep we rented, but Paul was right there and helped us quickly get another car. I'd definitely stay there again .

Breathtaking view quiet and relaxing

Great location to taxi ride to georgous megans bay with all the quiet relaxation. We basically spent most of our time enjoying the patio for morning coffee ,naps and grilling out. Wonderful hosts. Taxi is definitely the easiest and cheepest way to get around.we got the same driver and he came on all the days and brought us to locations we requested.
