Nice condo, clean, very comfortable beds and furniture. Went for an event at MetLife Stadium and had no issues. Hosts were very helpful with a couple of unusual requests we had (our party split up and still needed access, no worries). Parking was not at all a problem as others had mentioned. If we find ourselves needing a place on the NJ side of the NYC metro again, this will be our first choice.

Nice clean accomadations with everything you need for your stay. Walking in to a fresh smelling apartment that was open and clean was lovely. Communication with host was excellent.When we needed something to be addressed, they were readily available and dealt with it in a timely fashion.Very much enjoyed are stay.

While the property met my needs, I was in town for a funeral so I was barely there. However, upon returning home, I learned that a claim was filed for stolen towels and soiled duvet. I am livid that a “fraudulent” claim was made for items that were “definitely” not taken and a duvet that could not have possibly been soiled because it was not placed on the bed at all during my stay. So beware if you’re planning to stay here please take pictures or a video before checking out to protect yourself.

Denise, we’re glad to hear that the property met your needs and that you and your family enjoyed your stay, as you initially shared with us during your visit. However, we do want to address the statements made in your review, as they are not accurate. To clarify— the claim that was submitted was NOT fraudulent. As part of our standard post-checkout process, our team completed an inspection immediately after your departure and reported the items that were unaccounted for, along with staining on the duvet cover and pillowcase that could not be removed. Additionally, all beds in the unit are prepared with duvet covers as part of our standard setup for every reservation. The statement that a duvet was “not placed on the bed at all” does not reflect how the unit is presented and prepared prior to each stay. We understand that you disagree with the findings; however, all claims are based on documented reports from our cleaning team and our established inventory and inspection procedures, which are consistently followed across all stays. We take pride in maintaining our properties to a high standard and ensuring that all matters are handled professionally and based on verified information.

Convenient location, lots of natural light and spacious

Loved being above the trees but not too high up . Full corner windows made for nice light snd open feel. Management was super responsive to questions and any requests . Building was quiet and everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful . Bed in master was comfy and we loved having control of temperature.

Property is located in Newark, and if you know anything about Newark, then you know walking more than 1 block in the evening can be problematic. The building itself is OK. Parking lot & entrances could use some attention. I don’t agree w/ 15 a day to park in a parking lot when the gate is always open??Security is nice but they leave if I’m not mistaken around 10 PM.We did not use any of the amenities on site, but they looked OK.The unit wasn’t as clean as I expected. Greasy fingerprints on the smoke glass kitchen cabinets. Apparent none of the kitchen nor bathroom faucets nor handles were wiped down. Maybe they were sprayed w/ cleaning solution, but there were water spots which looked concerning everywhere. The floors looked dirty, but it could’ve been just a poor mop. If you have wood floors, you know, you just can’t use any mop b/c of the residue left behind.The water, unfortunately took too long to get hot. I find this ironic because prior posts said the water was too hot so maybe they need to either regulate a little more or possibly replace the hot water heater.We found used bar soap in the shower caddy.When we brought the cleanliness to the attention of the hosts representative, as the host was on vacation, our concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The positives:1. The mattresses were extremely comfortable!!!2. Attentive responses.3. Quiet4. Unit looks as pictured5. The linens were in good conditionWould stay again if I had to.

Nice apartment in E Orange, NJ

The hosts for this 2 BR apartment were great and exceptionally helpful as we had several technical difficulties (with the app and then the property itself). Second bedroom is small and has no window so sleeping more than 3 in this unit would be a challenge (unless someone sleeps on the couch or floor) but the rest of the unit is very spacious and comfortable! Beds were comfortable and the unit is very nicely decorated. The guest robes are a nice touch!

Check-in process was horrible we checked in 2 hours late, the apartment wasn’t clean , toilets weren’t clean, towels were bleached pink spots on bluish towels. Several problems with Air / Heat system, which was addressed but not in a timely matter. This is not a Luxe Life ! There are several items in the apartment that had to be addressed during the stay. The building was nice, but the host apartment on the fifth floor needs to be managed and maintained better,

Loved the place, very quiet and comfortable. We traveled with our adult son and there was plenty of space for the 3 of us. Some minor issues was the water temperature in both of the showers. It was very hard to turn down the hot water, that happened on our last two days. If the master bedroom could have a small dresser or plastic drawers it would be amazing, the closet has plenty of space for it. Lastly, parking is challenging for guests. Other than those issues our stay was great!

We didn't rent an apartment. We rented a series of unfortunate events.Night one: the kitchen was a certified biohazard. Crumbs, sticky handles, soiled towels, and rotting meat in the fridge welcomed us in. An emergency cleaning crew arrived at 10 PM to address the disaster. Disposable plates and cutlery were delivered the next morning because the cabinets remained an untouchable crime scene and the dishwasher remained broken until our fourth day there.Next, the apartment moonlighted as a dispensary. The cannabis smell was inescapable, yet the host unleashed endless denial-of-reality excuses — our favorite being, "the previous family had a kid" as proof it couldn't exist. They eventually returned with Home Line Smoke Odor Eliminator and performed an ozone treatment the following day — basically confirming everything they'd denied.Then — because two catastrophes felt incomplete — both bathrooms ran exclusively boiling water for two of the nights. Perfect for sink ramen, catastrophic for human hygiene. We rented and paid for a 2 bed/2 bath apartment but host thought that offering us a "courtesy refund of 100" to make up for absolutely no use of the bathroom sounded fair. They claim "no refunds for third party amenities" - INCLUDING WATER!Biohazard kitchen. Cannabis hotbox. Boiling water torture. Their heartfelt apology? 100. Three nights of disasters and the host treated our suffering like a minor inconvenience — to them.Host's turn. This'll be good.
