Loved this place!! Super convenient to catch local transportation into the city. Clean place in a nice safe area. Host was very responsive to questions.

The hosts were very responsive with some minor entry problems that we had. Both of the beds were comfortable, and the separation of the bedrooms was great.

It was an okay place. Its a very old building and there are quirks that come with that. The apartment is on the third floor and requires climbing stairs and there is no elevator which wasnt clearly stated on the listing. So climbing three floors with bags and old parents wasnt easy. Also there lobby has a pungent smell almost all the time because of the neighbors cooking in their apartments. There wasnt enough toilet roll for us to use and we had to make a trip outside to get it. I feel that is a basic necessity that should be provided by the host. Also the plug sockets are so old that if you plug in and take your plug out, the socket comes out with it. The neighborhood is okayyy, shops are closeby but nothing else to write about.

Amazing place / clean / cute

I would 100% stay here again. Very large, clean apartment, in a sweet neighborhood. Hosts were very communicative and nice too.

Close to just about Everything

Charming building with very nice neighbours. Clean and safe and close to everything walking distance- 119 bus to NYC and PATH, American Dream mall, Sports Complex for the big games, and lots of other possibilities to discover. We stayed 6 days and it was a comfortable home away from home.

Family stay

Mostly high marks.We were missing wardrobe hooks for few days. CO detector made high frequency tones for two days, immediately when I wrote remark to the property manager, some guy came and remove completely detector.

Had to make do with the place but I wouldn’t stay there again. Had to drag my bags up three flights of narrow stairs. The building is old which is okay and understandable but besides the kitchen nothing seemed remodeled. The bathroom is very small. My biggest issue was that the unit was not very clean. I went to get a towel and found clumped up hairs in the towels.

Suggestions

Wish there were more mirrors than just the bathroom. Blackout curtains would be great; AT LEAST replace the blinds. Wish there were clocks in the house. And there was no soap in the bathroom--what?!

Uncomfortable stay

Not the greatest vacation rental. The space is upgraded but the beds and couches are very hard and uncomfortable. Coffee table and a lamp were broken. No mirrors only the bathroom mirror but the bathroom is tiny. Pots/pans and cooking utensils were very limited. The exterior of building is old and unpleasant due to all the things out front. Only thing we did love was the corner mart. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

Sehr sauber und günstig

Das Appartement ist super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und man ist mit dem Bus sehr schnell in Manhattan. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen!
