Balcony closed until Feb 20th! Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service (March 1-October 31) This beautiful, completely remodeled Gulf front condo is truly a coastal oasis! It is fresh with new paint, new appliances, new kitchen remodel, all new furniture and new flooring! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen as been completely updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinets. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The location of this condo is priceless! The resort offers 3 hot tubs, 3 resort pools (two which are heated), poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! Free Beach Chairs: 2 beach chairs and umbrella are available in the condo for your use.
Condo 3-102 is located in Tower 3 on the 1st floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

Great 1 Bedroom

I only stay at LBR when I come to PCB and this 1 bedroom condo was very nice. The process was easy and the host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time!

Pros Location Nicely decorated Pool Bar/grill Well furnishedCons Found 2 roaches. One went under the bed. When looking for it noticed other dead bugs and trash under the bed, nightstands and dresser.

Beach and Baseball

First visit to PCB. Location was great for beach access and travel to the Publix Ball Park. Lots of good local restaurants are nearby.

Excellent

Our stay was great! We have always loved Long Beach for its ample amount of beach space. The room was excellent. It was very clean which we really appreciated! It was updated and styled well. We love the large balcony and the view is amazing. The host was kind and easy to work with! We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful View

Wonderful condo right on the ocean. The mattress desperately needs to be changed. It is worn out, otherwise everything was great!

Amazing location,but disappointed with cleanliness

The condo is in a fantastic location. Unfortunately, the biggest concern for us was cleanliness. The bathroom had mildew. There were also hairs on the sink upon arrival.

Beach staycation

This Condo has it all……almost. Great location close to just about anything you would want to do, parking lot and grounds were clean and well kept, pool was very nice clean and well kept, beach access was very close and easy to use, condo was very clean, well furnished, shower had great pressure and great shower head and the host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. So you are reading this asking yourself why is this not a 5 star? The only thing this lacks is a new mattress the support on both sides was worn out but the middle was still pretty good so it does keep the spouse on their side of the bed ;-). Other than not getting a good night sleep and waking up refreshed this was a great break from reality.
