Great communication with host. Unit is Clean updated and nice decor. Comfy couches and great beach service. Pool is on the side of the building.

I CANNOT say enough good things about our stay. The condo was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. The view was spectacular and my 9 yr old thought it was the coolest thing being on the top floor. The beach was so clean and beautiful as well. I just cant say enough about how much we enjoyed our trip. I have already started thinking when we can come again and we will definitely be back to stay her. Thank you so much for this beautiful condo.

The condo had great beach access (short walk, no steps) and comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella. The view was great. The property manager was quick to respond to questionsThere was not any hand or dish soap for the kitchen or broom to sweep up messes after meals. The condo had a slight mildew smell, as did the washing machine.. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Thank you for your review. Every effort is made to make sure all guest are happy. Cleaning has resolved the odor you mentioned. Broom is in the AC closet in the hallway. There is also a vacuum in the main bedroom closet. Our cleaning staff leaves some starter paper and soap items in the condo and this is also cover this in the lease agreement. Please know that if you have questions you can call for assistans from myself or our cleaning staff. Contact information is emailed with arrival information. Thank you for staying with us. View of beach was good, did not go to pool. Elevator was being worked on and room is right next to it so it was loud the whole time there. Killed 2 palmetto water bugs in room while there so I would suggest spraying.overall still nice room and would not of stayed in that room if we knew work was being performed on elevator, probably didn’t let owner know work was to be performed during that week

Thank you for your review. Occasionally things will need to be maintained or repaired. There is no way to know when there is an unexpected issue may occur. Exterminator comes out monthly, and we have never had an issue before. You are encouraged to call if a situation comes up so I have an opportunity to address the problem. It is also highly recommended to leave sliding door closed when going in and out. Thank you for staying with us.

The location and condo were great. A little outside the hustle and bustle of PCB so the beaches weren’t as crowded. Overall we had a great time

The inside of condo is nice however, kept hearing a some kind of bumping sound, think it was coming from roof top, maybe machinery? Overall good stay.

Annual Anniversary Trip

My husband and I have stayed at the Celadon Beach Resort for many years. Always enjoy our stay. Love the location on the quiet end of Panama City Beach. Will undoubtedly return again.

Beautiful condo with great amenities

This condo is one of the best-kept on Panama City Beach. It’s modern, clean and right on the end of the beach, making it a bit more quiet (in a good way).
