This property was absolutely amazing. Very family friendly, great pool, beautiful lush gardens, great location and easy to navigate with little kids. The condo itself was absolutely perfect. Beautiful ocean front view with amazing ocean sounds while you sleep. Perfectly stocked and decorated with everything you need plus. I would love to come back again. Love it!

Third year in a row at E15.Best location in North Coast Village. Incredible view, as close as you can get to the beach without being in the water. The automatic shades/screens are a great addition. We'll be back next year!

Quiet gem in Oceanside

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. We loved the condo and its location. Perfect unobstructed ocean view! The only complaint we had was there was no umbrella for the patio table. It was a beautiful warm weekend but could not sit directly in sun. We were given a credit so that we could purchase one, which we did and made sitting outside much more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location with great beach for little kids and teens to body board and/or just build sand castles and play in the waves. Amenities were great and the grounds were beautiful! We loved it here and would come back in a heartbeat. We came a in a day late and very late at night and they accommodated our unexpected travel change. Loved this place!

Best location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this unit and its location to the beach. The views are gorgeous. This is our second week long stay in this unit. A couple things - this unit's parking spot is very hard to pull into. It's the last one on the wall and it's near impossible to use with another car parked in the next space. The master sheets need replacing - they are old and pilling and feel like sand. The bedding could be updated on this unit. We love this unit so much and will be back! The kitchen has everything you need (except an ice cream scooper!) Maybe a few more garbage bags too would have been nice since you're advised to take out the garbage each day.

Perfect location

Great condo at NCV, easy beach access, great patio to listen to waves. Condo had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Easy check-in and check-out.

Great view and ocean sounds

While there isn't a way to walk on the beach directly from the property, you are close enough to enjoy the view and sounds without having to leave your back yard. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

Awesome property / location

Really well done property and amazing views of the ocean. Had a really relaxing stay. The only complaint was that we didn't have enough time to spend here :(. Will surely be back

great location

Great view of the ocean. Patio was a great place to sit and listen to the waves and watch the sunset. Property was real clean and property management was great. I would try go get the same spot next time.

Very nice oceanfront first-floor 2BR unit

Absolutely loved our stay even though it rained for several days out of the week. Great views through the patio door of the ocean waves as they rolled in. Very nice to sit out on the patio (when it wasn't raining) to take in the beach and the ocean view.

Amazing Beach Front Views

This property met all of our expectations and we would highly recommend staying here with family and friends. Easy beach access and amazing beach views only steps out the back patio. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again in the future. The complex is quite large and definitely gives a vacation vibe once you step foot on to the property. Our condo was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.
