THE VIEW
Begin your day with a sun-kissed sunrise or relax with a romantic sunset from your private patio with the ocean directly in front of you! The kids can play on the grass, dig in the sand, or splash in the waves all while you watch without leaving your chair. You truly have the front row view with lots of grass and one-of-a-kind patio furniture. This unit is the only beachfront unit to offer cushioned chairs and sofas where you can recline and enjoy both shade and sunshine, with the ocean lapping at your feet. This is one of only 7 ground-level, corner beachfront cottages, which means you have 3 additional floor-to-ceiling windows showing the amazing panoramic ocean scenery from inside, including the Oceanside Pier.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen has been remodeled with an open design that makes it so you can watch the kids, birds, dolphins, surfers, or sailboats as you prepare your meals. The bar has glassware for all occasions. Enjoy the Keurig for brewed coffee or tea. The kitchen is well stocked with new dishes, glassware, pots, pans, linens, and utensils. It has almost everything you would need to cook your culinary masterpieces, including an air fryer! The kitchen table seats 6 and a highchair is provided if needed

LIVING AREAS
The living room has ample seating locations with a sectional sofa sleeper that lets you snuggle up with a good book or enjoy the flat-screen LED Smart TV that you can use to either watch cable or login to your Hulu or Netflix account, that way you can indulge in a nightly binge of your current favorite show after a day in the waves. Two comfortable swivel gliders allow you to have a 360° view of the beach. The highlight of the main room is the exclusive sea glass fireplace. This new addition is stunningly beautiful and offers several options for your optimal comfort and enjoyment.

The ensuite master bathroom features a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. Both the master bathroom and the guest bathroom have been updated.

SLEEPING
In the Master bedroom, you will enjoy a comfortable, king-size bed with trundle storage drawers underneath to ensure the clean and airy feel of the space. The master bedroom also has two large dressers and closets for plenty of space to organize your belongings. It has a floor-to-ceiling screened window with both sheer and blackout curtains for your comfort, as well as a large flat screen smart TV. The master bedroom has an oceanfront view where you can enjoy the salty sea breeze and the sound of the surf crashing on the sand.

The guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed. The beds have trundle storage along with a large closet, dresser, and nightstand. This bedroom also has a large screened window with sheer and blackout drapes for your comfort. If you need additional sleeping space there is a pull-out sofa sleeper in the front room. There is also a portable crib if needed.

-The owner has gone above and beyond to provide you with additional supplies for fun throughout the complex. These are typically not provided and need to be rented from security. They include BBQ utensils, billiard balls/cues, and ping-pong paddles with balls.
-D29 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (4).

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

LOCAL AREA
D29 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

Located directly across from D29 is the putting green with the pool and jacuzzi just steps beyond! It is a perfect central location to enjoy all of the amenities.

If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is so centrically located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!
