We take safety concerns seriously, and following your feedback, we installed child-protective knobs to help prevent the burner from being accidentally turned on. The listing photos accurately depict the home’s layout and furnishings, though we understand that the size and arrangement of these spaces may have affected your comfort during your stay. Regarding the heating, the baseboard heaters are controlled by the thermostats in each room. Since your stay, we’ve updated our welcome guide with clearer instructions. Additionally, while the listing does disclose that the property does not have A/C, we’re sorry if this was overlooked when booking and that relying on open windows and fans was not comfortable during your stay.
