What a find!!!! This little cottage hit our needs right on the nose. Her thoughtfulness with all things is tremendous! Beautifully renovated. I will be bringing my BFF next time so that we can explore. My husband and I came down to look at a house at the last min...found a local realtor and will be back hopefully permanently!

Awesome place

The house was super clean and super cute.The host left homemade banana bread for us to eat at breakfast.The house is very clean with a lot of amenities.A lot of small touches that just makes it a great place to stay.

Steele Cottage is a wonderful place to stay. Clean, well stocked, and pet friendly. Great decor! Shannon gets an A in communication. Excellent directions and quick response to any questions. Couldn’t ask for more. This was our second visit and hope to return.

The house/cottage decor and comfort. You can see that Shannon put real charm into designing, and providing comfort.Shannon is a great host, the amenities, and added extras, she gives to her guests are very kind. She communicates with her guests in a timely manner, and is friendly.

Country Charm

Had a lovely stay at the Steele Cottage. Decor was top notch and fully functional kitchen was wonderful when preparing dishes to carry to nearby family for Easter. Was easy to find and located conveniently to lots of outdoor fun and shopping. Would highly recommend.

Steele Magnolia is a rare gem. Cozy, comfy, clean, and peaceful. Host was great about communicating directions and we found fresh banana bread when we arrived. So glad we found this cottage. We chose it because the location was the halfway point to our southern Alabama destination. We were so pleased, we’ve already booked the cottage for our return trip. The Steele area has lots to offer nature lovers so this is a great place for a longer stay. Fabulous screened porch, too!

A Gem in the Woods

This was our first experience in using a VRBO and we couldn’t have been more pleased. It is a quaint one bedroom cottage with a fenced in yard and screened in porch. All amenities are on hand as if I was walking into my own home. It is very clean and well taken care of. We just stayed on our way from New Mexico to South Carolina, but if I would ever be going through this area again, it would be on the top of my list of places to stay.
