The Space

Step-free access from the lower driveway makes arriving easy and provides a more accessible entrance to this garden-level home.



Living Room

Relax in the comfortable living room while taking in beautiful lake views through the large sliding glass doors. Whether you're watching your favorite show, reading a book, or simply enjoying the scenery, this space was made for unwinding.



Kitchen

Our fully stocked kitchen includes a gas range, cookware, dishes, and everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. Stay in and enjoy meals together while overlooking the lake.



Primary Bedroom

The spacious primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, generous closet space, and plenty of room to settle in and feel at home.



Second Bedroom

Perfect for families or friends, this bedroom includes a king bed plus a lofted twin bed, along with plenty of storage for your belongings.



Bathroom

The large bathroom features a tub/shower combination, spacious vanity, and a separate toilet room, making it easy for multiple guests to get ready at the same time. Grab bars next to the toilet and in the shower allow for ease of entry and exit.



Outdoor Living



Private Patio

Step outside to enjoy lake views from your private patio. Dine outdoors, relax on the cushioned swing, or challenge your family to a game of Giant Connect 4 while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.



Grilling

Cook dinner on the private gas grill, or use the shared charcoal Kamado grill for an authentic cookout experience.



Lake Access

A short walk down the hillside brings you to the private dock. Please note that the property sits on a natural slope, so several sets of stairs lead down to the water.



Kayaks & Paddleboards

Complimentary kayaks, paddleboards, pedal boat, and floating noodles are available year-round for your enjoyment. Life jackets are provided in the dockside shed.



Fishing

Cast a line in our stocked private lake, home to largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, crappie, bluegill, and catfish. The lake is catch-and-release only.



Fire Pit

End your evenings around the lakeside fire pit overlooking the water. Adirondack chairs, firewood, and fire starters are provided—just bring the marshmallows.

• No parties or events.

• No smoking inside the home.

• Pets are welcome! Please include them when booking so we can prepare accordingly.

• Life jackets are provided, and all water activities are enjoyed at your own risk.

• Per HOA rules, guests are only allowed to use boats provided by owners.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to help everyone enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
