The Space:
Step in to your mountain sanctuary with two floors spanning over 1200 square feet, with two incredible queen bedrooms on the top floor, complete with private ensuites and an in-suite laundry room conveniently located upstairs near the bedrooms.

The main floor features an open concept, seamlessly connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas, making it perfect for gathering. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen offers upgraded stainless-steel appliances, breakfast bar and everything you need to create stunning meals.

Cozy up to the stone fireplace for quiet nights at home and enjoy the comforts of mountain living. Step out on to the relaxing patio and enjoy stunning mountain views while you sip your morning coffee or create delicious meals on the BBQ.

Please note the use of stairs is required to access the upstairs bedrooms/bathrooms and laundry room.

The Neighborhood:
Spring Creek is a popular neighbourhood, close to downtown Canmore with quaint creeks and pathways. Nearby shops, restaurants and cozy cafes complete this desirable community, making it a nice respite from the bustle of downtown, just a short walk away and with all the conveniences that downtown has to offer.

Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, Canmore offers easy access to outstanding hiking, backpacking, camping and mountain biking terrain, breathtaking viewpoints, downhill and cross-country skiing, world class golf courses and a multitude of water sports. Take in one of the National Parks, discover the historic town of Banff (15-minute drive) or Lake Louise (45-minute drive) and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Getting Around:
There are many walking/biking paths in the neighbourhood and various shops and restaurants. Downtown’s Main Street is a short walk away with even more retail and dining options. Canmore offers free local bus transportation on our ROAM Transit service, and easy access to Banff for a nominal fee. There are also many taxi companies available, including Three Sisters Taxi (our Welcome Binder lists a few options with contact information).

NOTE: Same day bookings have a 6 p.m. check in time. Should the unit be available earlier, we will advise as soon as possible.

Any applicable damage deposits will be refunded within 7 days of departure after unit is checked.

This was a spectacular location. The unit is beautifully appointed; spacious yet cozy. Owners are responsive and attentive. So much to do near the unit and obviously throughout the area. The thermostat is set and locked so the suite did get a bit warm for us. We opened windows which helped greatly. There is a water feature outside the building that runs all night if you’re sensitive to noise and there is currently quite a bit of construction in the area which starts very early in the morning. Regardless, we all thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return.
