Great place! Pictures are accurate. Host is very responsive. Pools and water slides perfect for children of all ages. There are indoor and outdoor water slides for toddlers as well as larger slides for older children. We will definitely book here again!!

We loved our stay here! It was very spacious and clean, with a well stocked kitchen. It was easy to check in and get to the water park. Everything was as pictured. We would definitely stay here again!

Communication with the host prior to arrival was very prompt and polite. The unit was very spacious and clean. The resort is wonderful. Our two dogs traveled with us snd I thought it was so cute that they got welcome bags at check in.The only suggestion for better comfort is the mattresses were much harder than we prefer. Overall, it was a great weekend getaway. We are already talking about coming back this summer.

Great getaway

Unfortunately, we werent able to utilize all the facilities as we were there for a tournament and gone most of the day. The hot tub in the room had a broken handle, and we weren't able to use the coffee pot as the pot wasnt made for that machine, but other than that it was great.

Great room

The room was beautiful and perfect for a family stay. The only thing was the lack of staff for check-in and guidance to where the room was. We also were charged an extra resort fee at check-in that we were not aware of. Waterpark was very crowded. But overall it was a good weekend, the kids loved it and we will likely be back.

Great stay

The Chula is starting to get run down. Could definitely use some upgrades. The beds do not come with fitted sheets, this concept does not work at all. The sheets slip off the bed and then you are sleeping directly on the mattress, that’s yucky. The towels are aged, the water park towels are not nice.the view of the River was spectacular. Working with the property manager was perfect. Very helpful.The price point was good. Furniture needs to be upgraded ASAP., with more comfort add a few chairs.
