Dream Chaser features 5 private bedrooms, 4 with king-size beds, and every bedroom has en-suite bathroom access. Groups of up to 12 guests can spread out in this luxurious brand-new cabin. The cabin features a private indoor pool, game room, private indoor theater with 65" TV, a fully appointed kitchen for all of your cooking needs, a private hot tub with seasonal mountain views, and a private fire table with outdoor sofa seating near the hot tub.

Private Indoor Swimming Pool
The indoor pool is heated year-round to 82–84 degrees and is approximately 4 feet deep. The exterior doors in the pool room lead directly to the private hot tub.

Hot Tub
The private hot tub is available 24/7 and exclusive to your group. It is drained, cleaned, sanitized, and refilled with fresh water after every guest checks out.

Coffee
A dual Keurig and drip-style coffee maker is provided. Guests should bring their own coffee supplies.

Grill
A charcoal grill is available. Guests must bring their own charcoal.

Fire Features
The balcony off the main floor includes a fire table and comfortable outdoor sofas. Propane is provided. There is also an electric fireplace in the living room.

Small Kids
We provide a Pack 'n Play, high chair, and baby gate on the main level.

Accessing This Home
There are 6 stairs required to access the main level.

Christmas Decorations
This cabin is decorated for Christmas from approximately December 1 through 31, depending on guest checkouts after Thanksgiving.

Driving to the Cabin
The roads leading to this cabin are paved and two lanes, except for the last 1/2 mile, which is a single-lane road. The final 350 feet are a gravel driveway. Most vehicles can access the cabin year-round. 4WD may be needed in snowy or icy conditions.

Restricted Check-In/Out Days
Guests may not check in or out on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.

Age Requirement
Guests must be 21 or older to book. All guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Pet Policy
This property is not pet-friendly. Service dogs are accepted with proper documentation and must not be left unattended. Guests violating this policy may be asked to leave without refund.

Military, Veteran, Police & Firefighter Discount
We proudly offer a 5% discount to current military members, veterans, police, and firefighters. To receive this discount, make your reservation first, then send us a message with your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the documentation. We will refund 5% of the accommodation through the resolution center on the day of your check-in.

Starter Pack and Linens
Towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more are provided. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other surprise extras. You may need to bring or buy extra trash bags and toilet tissue beyond what’s included in the starter pack.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, excluding a few owners closets.
Access to this property in the inter months may require 4WD if there is ice or snow. The driveway leading to this cabin is gravel and can be slippery on the incline if there is snow and/or ice

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for your reservation. We recommend using the company called With Faye for travel insurance as they offer the best cancel for any reason travel protection. Please note that we do not provide any refunds outside of the cancelation policy of your reservation. This includes but is not limited to sickness, death in the family, weather concerns and more. For this reason we highly suggest travel insurance if you think there may be a possibility of your trip being interrupted for any reason.
