Great House, Great Location

This is our third time staying at this property, this time with friends. We love the location, on site parking, and historic feel. William is awesome as the property manager!

Nice weekend

This property was great for a weekend stay while we were attending an event at Zoo Atlanta. William was very helpful and responsive. Good location and convenient to local attractions.

Absolutely beautiful house with modern updates but old features still remaining. Easy access, clean, and accommodating

Stayed for one night. Place was well stocked and comfortable. Could use some updating, but for the bill for my stay.

Comfortable stay, great location.

My coworkers and I enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable, well stocked, and communication with William was above and beyond. We saw a concert at The Eastern and the home was just a 4 minute drive to the venue. The residential neighborhood was adorable and close to a great bakery called Little Tart. I'd stay here again on future trips!

Perfect

We had a wonderful short stay is this classic house , which was so spacious and well appointed . Surrounded by nature it’s a a stones throw from beautiful Grant Park and Atlanta zoo, I would highly recommend staying here . Communication from William was great and everything was perfect! Thank you.

Perfect getaway for a small group of dads

Stayed at William’s property while in town for a musical festival with a group of 3. This is a great property when you want to be close to downtown, have some room to spread out, and not pay an arm and leg for a hotel or premium residence . Plenty of great restaurants in walking distance. Very clean property, everything we needed. William is a great host. He’s got great communication and we had zero issues with our stay. We will be back!

Unique property in a nice location

A group of 4 of us comfortably stayed in this house. There's parking in the back and the door code made it easy to enter/ exit the property. It was very spacious as there were 2 living rooms and a kitchen area to hang out in, and the owner left an air mattress in the living room in case the group didn't want to share the room with the two double beds. There were cold waters in the fridge and we got texted instructions for TV and wifi. We were able to walk to breakfast and there's conveniently a cvs across the street. I'm a heavy/easy sleeper (so it was fine for me; I also had the middle room though) but my friends did have trouble falling asleep due to the car, bird, and rain sounds outside. Overall we had a blast hanging out in the spot and it was a good base for us to explore Atlanta. Highly recommend.

A historical charm hidden away!

We've stayed in many properties throughout the US, and I've never had a problem with any visits. This place is charming. The neighborhood architecture is great. Pros: The communication with William was amazing. He contacted me right away and gave details instructions. The home was so relaxing & felt like home. Everything you need is there. My spouse & I are from Chicago and my family member from San Francisco. We are used to the noise from the street. It didn't bother us at all. The showers are nice and hot. Plenty of fresh bathing towels. We visited an amazing winery called Chateau Elan about 58 minutes away. It's worth it! Thanks, William for the suggestion. Cons: There are 22 stairs to the entrance. We are older people and it was a struggle. But worth the climb. We counted each time we went up & down. William, please add an instructions binder. To inform your guest of the historical charm of the community, the fight against Highway 20, great eating spots, where to a place dirty linen etc.

Grant Park - Cool as Hell

Awesome property, AMAZING location, property manager is great. You're only 10 minutes away from anything you could want to do.

Convenient, Clean, Comfy

House and host were both awesome! House: Super convenient, good AC, modern appliances in a historic home. Private on-site parking, and the house was stocked with bottled water already loaded in the fridge, snacks, coffee + maker, all the way down to an unopened toothbrush and toothpaste. Linens were easy to find and abundant. Host: William was super fast to answer a phone call when we were locating the house. He was communicative about cleaning staff and times, and even reached out mid way through our stay just to check in and make sure everything was alright.

Perfection in Atlanta

We visited Atlanta to celebrate our son’s 22nd birthday. This was right off I20, near downtown, very spacious & clean, and well stocked. The host was communicative and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing. The owner William was fantastic. He made sure we got there okay and if we needed anything please contact him. The place was spotless!!! I would go back with no doubt.

Great spot!

Clean and comfy. Neighborhood felt safe, plenty of parking space in private drive way. The host is very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of clean towels, nice tub for a relaxing bath. We would stay here again!

Great location!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property while we visited Atlanta for a long weekend. The location of the house is perfect! It is in the center of the city and close to everything so it was very easy to take a Lyft or drive to our desired locations. The house has all the amenities that you would need including a fully stocked kitchen. You should note that it is located off of a main road so if you are a light sleeper you’ll want to bring some earplugs but otherwise we found a location to be convenient and safe.

Loved this place!

The family decided to take a weekend trip to Atlanta for my daughters 19th birthday. This place was perfect for us! Spacious, with a nice kitchen and comfy beds. We enjoyed watching the rush of the city go by from the front porch, as well as the quieter, more peaceful back deck. We even got a visit from the neighbor’s chickens! Great location, only minutes from downtown and super close to the zoo. We enjoyed the aquarium and the zoo, and the teens loved shopping at little five points. We are already talking about coming back to Atlanta since there is still much more fun to be had, and we all agree that we hope to book this same house again next time. We loved it!

Great girls' weekend

Five girlfriends and I stayed in this gorgeous, classic home very near Grant Park. The house was beautiful and had a great space for us to cook, visit in one of two living rooms. The neighborhood was great and very close to Grant Park for a walk or run. We were very grateful for our stay.

Overall.. great!

The pictures are pretty representative of the property... only difference is there were only five beds so two in one bedroom and one in each of the other two rooms. There was a cot set up in the living room. Not expected but ended up not needing it anyway. The owner was very attentive, the property was clean, neighborhood felt safe at night, minutes from dwtn and expressway!! The cons were that in the front bedroom, you can hear every car driving by... definitely not for a light sleeper. middle bedroom is super heated so best for your anemic guests..lol. Beds are hard but this is purely our observations. Otherwise, was fine for us. The house was well stocked and clean.

Boulevard

This house has a lovely kitchen with new appliances, plus new washer and dryer. The wood floors are beautiful! We enjoyed having both a deck and front porch to sit on. Loved the keyless entry system.

Great getaway for my family.

We had an awesome visit at this home. So much better than a hotel for the weekend. William was helpful through the whole booking experience. Property is clean and comfy! We would definitely stay here again!
