This was a cute spot close to all the activities downtown. The host was great with communication. Kept checking on us to see how everything was which was nice. Everything was clean and just as was described and the price was great too!

Our host was very, very responsive, and checked to make sure we had everything we needed to make sure our stay was comfortable and worry free. A lovely place, very clean, well stocked with common household necessities. Very enjoyable stay, and conveniently located. Thank you for making our little convention stay a pleasure!!

Great property, super location! Comfortable beds, plenty of space, kitchen had everything we needed. Nice balance of an open common area and space for privacy when wanted/needed. Host was very pleasant and responsive regarding the couple of questions/requests we had. Would definitely stay again!

The house was well renovated. Very pretty and more spacious than we had expected. The host was great at communicating with us. We will be recommending to friends and family to stay when they come to visit us

Great place to stay, we were attending an event at Center Parc stadium and it was a short walk over, super convenient. Great clean property stocked with cooking equipment if you want to eat in!

Shannon was amazing and very accommodating and flexible with my booking and check-in. The house was just as the pictures and the neighborhood has everything that guests will need. I will definitely stay again!

This property is so cute! Very clean and very cozy. The location is amazing! The surrounding neighborhood is mostly renovated historical homes. Very safe area outside of Atlanta, but still close to everything. The starlight drive-in movie is 3 miles away and was a great place to go for a late night activity. Shannon, the host, was very attentive and checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Definitely will be the place that I stay whenever I go back to Atlanta.

The rooms were in good condition. The place was cutely furnished. Probably best part of the stay was how close it was to places around Atlanta and our family.

We loved staying at this property for 3 nights! It was perfect for my husband, myself, my daughter, son in law and 2 grandkids. It was very convenient having a bedroom and 1/2 bath downstairs, with the other 2 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. A bathtub is a “must have” for my daughter - not just for the kids, but herself also! This home has a tub in one bathroom and a shower in the other, so no issues there! The house was very clean and had a cozy, welcoming vibe! The kitchen had everything we needed - the icemaker being a plus! Check in was simple and the host was always a message away! She even offered above and beyond to help with resolving a personal issue we had (we forgot to pack an important item). The host also notified us that potential bad weather could cause power outages and gave the location of a lantern and batteries, which was very considerate! Beds were comfy and I absolutely adored the balcony of the upstairs bedroom! We never had an issue with street parking and the neighbors were friendly. As other reviews have mentioned - if you have mobility issues, the steps leading up to the house are very steep, but it wasn’t a problem for us at all. The only thing I wish this home had was a full length mirror (that’s a personal preference, not a deal breaker). This was a fantastic find at a reasonable price and convenient to all the places we visited, including the Georgia Aquarium and the Sloomoo Institute. We will definitely book here again!

Great location, super cute house

We planned a weekend with some friends to celebrate a birthday and booked this house for 3 couples. It's a great location, very close to a lot of fun places in Atlanta. The house was very clean, everything worked perfectly, and there was plenty of space for friends to gather down in the kitchen bar / living room area. We plan to book this same house again soon!

We felt very at home and it provided a comfortable place to recover after surgery. Shannon was very prompt at answering any questions. Everything was very clean and well stocked.

Perfect!! This rental is exactly as beautiful and clean as the pictures on the posting. The host was very friendly attentive and accommodating. It’s very close to everything you want to see/visit. Very easy check-in. There’s a fantastic back patio with a fire pit area not pictured you’ll love! And the pink chair swing on the front porch is boho cute and relaxing! We love it here and definitely recommend and will rent again next time we’re in Atlanta!

Great house & location.

Great communication from the host & easy check-in/check-out. Location is near lots of restaurants, shops & a quick drive to downtown. House is stocked w/ anything you'd need and even has plenty of games to play. Parking is on the street & there are quite a few steps to get up to the house, so keep that in mind if you have someone that struggles w/ steps. Beds are extremely firm - not a problem for me but our friends had a hard time w/ it. Overall great place and host. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at this Summerhill row house. The home strikes a nice balance between updated comfort and original character, which gave it a lot more personality than your typical rental. The layout worked well for us, with a half bath and living space on the main floor, and two bedrooms with two full baths upstairs. The primary suite with the Juliette balcony was a nice touch.The location is really the star here. You’re tucked into a neighborhood with mature trees, parks, and a surprising number of great places to eat. A Publix is technically walkable, though in the Atlanta heat that’s a bit ambitious. We were in town for the Porsche Experience Center Atlanta, and it was an easy 10-minute drive. That also means the airport is close, which made travel simple. Being just a few blocks from Center Parc Stadium was a bonus, and spots like Krog Street Market, the Atlanta BeltLine, and Centennial Olympic Park are all just minutes away.A couple things worth noting. There are some serious stairs leading up to the house. I deal with neuropathy and vertigo, and while I managed, it wasn’t easy. The listing does mention this, and it’s accurate, but if you have mobility concerns, it’s something to really consider.One pleasant surprise was the backyard. It’s not highlighted much in the listing, but there’s a nice deck with plenty of seating and a fire pit area. Just watch your step around the fire pit, there are some weeds with burrs that stick to socks pretty easily.

Our family of two adults, two seniors, and a 9-year-old enjoyed our stay here. It was close enough to the attractions downtown and yet had a neighborhood feel. Lots of stairs to get in, but manageable for fairly fit seniors. On street parking worked fine even with two cars. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed and more. Shannon is a gracious host who communicated well. We would happily stay here again.

Home was clean and comfortable and the owner was very helpful and easy to work with. They supplied a lot of the essentials that others leave out - soap/shampoo in the showers kitchen essentials. There were some issues that were beyond the owners control:1. The neighborhood was not the cleanest we have stayed at, and did not feel family-friendly. 2. There are a bunch of stairs to get to the home from the street. 3. The home is at the bottom of a hill and there is a dip in the road right by the house - every time a dump truck (which was fairly often) would hit the dip in the road the noise would shake the house. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
