Highly recommend for several reasons. First, the house was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Second, the patio was spacious and offered the most amazing views of the mountains. Last, the host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

Simply Wonderful
I can't say enough great things about this property. The location is absolutely perfect as it is halfway between Purgatory and Durango. During our stay we saw deer, elk, turkey and a fox. Also I'm very impressed with all of the new amenities within the house and the beds are extremely comfortable as well. Would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future. Perfect and Clean
Thank you for hosting our family. The house was big enough for everybody to have their own room and we were able to gather for meals. The location worked out great for Purgatory, hot springs, and in town trips during our stay.The views were spectacular and house was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed including a air fryer option on the oven and blender. Kitchen utensils were new and dishes/cups were plentiful. We appreciated the washer/dryer with kids in our group and the small basket of games were a hit with the kids.Looking forward to coming back!

This was a great place especially for families. It has a lower level area with a separate kitchen which was great for middle of the night bottles!!! The main area was on the second floor and three rooms on the third floor. It was just the right amount from town! It was quiet and amazing view!!
