Othneil is an excellent communicator, and the home is nestled in a cul-de-sac, shielded from neighborhood traffic. The home is clean and well-maintained.Aside from being 5 minutes from our reason for visiting San Antonio, the home is minutes from almost everything you could need while visiting the San Antonio area.We are repeat visitors and have rented here before, and we will again in the future.Clark

Overall everything was fine. The only thing that I would say (based on stays in multiple vrbo and Vacasa homes) is that providing replacement trash bags for the kitchen does not seem like that big ask. Having to stop and go buy trash bags is not something I have had to do at any other home. A few more cup towels would also be helpful as we washed towels and the two cup towels each day so we had clean cup towels. Having five or six would have been less expensive in the long run. None of this is a knock on this rental, otherwise this would not have been the second time I stayed here. But the little things do influence the rating between okay and excellent.

Travis, I'm so sorry that your stay was not worth a full 10 star experience. We are always grateful when guests repeat a stay with us and we would like the chance to make things right. If you decide to stay with us in the future, we are happy to offer you a 25% off discount. And please reach out immediately if there is something in the that house is not up to par. This provides a teaching opportunity and helps us communicate issues with our cleaning and housekeeping staff moving forward. Thanks again and we hope you'll choose us again. ~ Afrika
