Newly remodeled condo located at the beautiful Harbour Village Resort.
Located in beautiful Ponce Inlet, enjoy what this 1-bedroom condo has to offer. The master bedroom offers a king bed, television, plenty of storage space, and is decorated in a calming color palette. The property also includes 2 bathrooms. The full bath features a deep soaking tub as well as a walk-in shower. In the living room you will find a leather sectional with power controlled footrests and a large television. There are 3 dining areas in the unit but the most scenic will be on your spacious deck overlooking the beautiful marina on the Halifax River. The full kitchen is fully stocked with everything new. You also have use of a full washer/dryer. On-site is a full service restaurant with delicious food. There is also a fitness room, 9 hole golf course, tennis, fishing piers and plenty more. Across the street is the privately owned beach club with another gym, pool, a kitchen and a lounge area. You can park there and lounge at the pool or walk down to the beautiful and quiet beach of Ponce Inlet. You will also have access to a large storage cage located in the parking garage where you will have a dedicated parking spot. There are also bike racks to bring your bikes. There are plenty of restaurants in the immediate area. Several are on the Halifax River to enjoy the amazing sunsets. Come and relax at our charming and peaceful condo.

Having grown up in the New Smyrna Beach area, we were so excited to purchase this condo on the beautiful marina. There are so many water sports to do locally and you are close to the beautiful beach of Ponce Inlet.

Nothing is more peaceful to us than sitting on the deck, watching the sun go down and just chilling. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere with as little or as much as you want to do.
