We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with some aspects of the Lakeland Village complex. We understand how frustrating it can be when the property is busy and parking or beach space is limited, especially during peak periods. We do want to clarify that we do not manage the Lakeland Village complex itself. The complex and its common areas are managed by the Lakeland Village Homeowners Association (HOA), including the parking areas, beach, lounge chairs, grills, and security. Unfortunately, we have no control over the HOA’s security operations, enforcement, or how the common areas are managed. We appreciate you sharing these observations for future guests to note! Unfortunately, Vail’s front desk staff are not allowed to help guests that are lucky enough to rent a home/condo directly from the owner.. Luckily, you called the RnR hotline and we were able to answer your questions and help with transportation for your group. We hope you enjoyed the beauty of South Lake Tahoe.
