You can't miss this luxury condo- described by the locals as a Villa! Enjoy a perfect spot, penthouse level overlooking the mountain, lift, gondola and the Marriott's awesome pool and spa.

The magic of South Lake Tahoe is year-round. The area has something for everyone: the Marriott's private beach at the Lake, gambling, horse rides, skiing and nightlife. For golfers, you must hit the world renowned Edgewood Golf Course, rivaling Pebble Beach. This is just to name a few. The Marriott makes the South Lake Tahoe experience perfect with its dark redwood accents, wonderful amenities and luxury. You are right in Heavenly Village, a part of the action.

Check out the calendar! This privately owned unit has great availability with fewer black out dates.

Treat yourself to the on- site spa, health club, massage therapy, facials and body treatment, dry cleaning and laundry services. For some down time, with or without the kids, hop over to the movie theater. A special feature for your comfort and relaxation is The Owner's Club. This exclusive club has a full kitchen, library and pool table for your entertaining!

2 There is a one time maid service cleaning fee upon check out of $104
3 Payment in full is required when the Reservation Number is provided to you for your booking
4 Cancellation Policy ~ 100% round for cancellation more than 60 days before check in date
5 Linens and towels included with rental
6 Daily 'tidy up' maid service is available at an additional charge of $27 per day. It includes bed making, fresh towels, trash removal, restocking of bathroom toiletries. For extra care, you may request full maid service for $73 per day

Super convenient location

We had a great stay with the family here. Super close to the gondola with free car and ski valet. Rooms and comfortable and spacious. Kitchen has all the equipment but no perishables (you need to bring cooking oil, spices, etc). Would definitely stay again if we ski at heavenly.

Family friendly vacation

Great location will access to all Lake Tahoe has to offer. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool while the wife took in all the local shops. Staff and host were top notch.

Great stay in Tahoe!

The room was very nice in a beautiful location in South Lake. We had a balcony that overlooked the pool. Really easy check-in and check-out and valet was very fast retrieving the car. Would highly recommend this unit!

Perfect location to the nountain

Excellent location, clean, spacious, and the host was super comnunicative. The power went out while we were there, slept woth the window open, and the staff were calm.

The perfect unit in the perfect location if you want to enjoy all that Tahoe has to offer. Restaurants, pool, hot tub, really everything you need. We had a great time.

Heart of south shore

Unit is excellent location over looking the pool and in excellent condition. Park and walk everywhere. Cook or eat out. Had a lovely time.

Heavenly stay

Wonderful condo location and amenities. Kids loved playing in the heated pool while it snowed. Property owner and condo staff are extremely responsive. Will book again!

The perfect place to stay!!

This couldn't have been more of the perfect spot for us! Having two young kids being in walking distance to everything was so nice! The Villa is beautiful and in a great location! There is a great view of the pool from the room too! I will definitely only stay here from now on! Thank you so much!

Great location, very clean!

We loved the floor plan. Very spacious and loved the fireplace in the bedroom & living room! Great view of the pool. Short distance to the gondola, etc. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Heavenly! Thank you for a wonderful vacation !

Great unit

We just stayed in the unit for 3 nights and had a great time! The unit is clean and has a nice view of the pool. It was nice that it slept 6 people as a lot of the 1 bedroom units only sleep 4. The proximity to restaurants, shopping and the casinos makes this the perfect place to stay in Tahoe. Will definitely book again!

Wonderfull Retreat!

We loved everything about this place. Already planning a trip back and will be renting this one again. Location of condo is right in the middle of the action but inside is very quiet! Had everything we needed for a great vacation. Grocery store is right across the street. Thank you so much for sharing with us!

Heaven in Heavenly

This property was perfection! All the years of traveling to Tahoe and we finally found the perfect spot. Our jaws dropped when we walked into the rental because it was so clean and new and spacious and all the luxury we could ask for. Pool was so warm and our daughter loved swimming. And the three of us all fit in the jetted bathtub which was so much fun and relaxation after a long day in the sun! We will definitely book again!

Perfect

This is our second stay at this property and it was just as good as the first. The unit location is on the 4th floor overlooking the pool. The interior of the unit is clean and well stocked with dishes, small appliances, extra pillows and blankets. Our interactions with Violet were timely and wonderful. We will definitely be back for a return visit.

Great property within steps of the Heavenly gondola

This room was comfortable for our family of 5 (including 3 teens). If you are familiar with Marriott timeshare properties, note there is no laundry in the unit. Free parking was an unexpected perk!
