Beautiful, Comfortable House

Nice house for ski trip

The outdoor patio had nice furniture, but was not maintained.

The home is a quality build. Nice materials and views. Maintenance is needed. The outdoor grill didn’t work. The mini split in the upstairs bedroom leaked. The downstairs bathroom pocket door kept coming off the track and the gate on the patio was losing its attachment to the post. There was a floor air conditioning unit replacement in the master bedroom because the mini split didn’t work.

Some attention needed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I found the home mostly as described and as pictured. This is not my favorite rental home in South Fork, although it is more affordable than the newer waterfront homes to which I am comparing it. It's about 20 years old, and you can feel that with the condition and furnishings. My main complaint is regarding the outside spaces. The patio is quite dusty and covered with cobwebs. The windows are also dirty and covered in cobwebs. And the nonstick pans needs to be replaced.
