You will have your own personal gym on the first level of the home; fully equipped with cardio equipment, free weights, battle rope, Tonal electronic weightlifting system and more. The neighborhood consists of walking paths that wind throughout and lead to the pool and park.

There are several parks and nature preserves within a 4-8 mile radius. Along with 4 major grocery chains, farmers market and 3 farm to table farms within 1-6 miles. Staying in? Order Instacart, DoorDash and Uber Eats with a wide range of choices to suit any palate.

The Raleigh-Durham airport is a short 25 minute drive, along with shopping and more upscale dining. If you’re not up for the shopping drive, there is a Tangier Outlet Mall 9 miles away.

The homes kitchen boasts all stainless steel smart appliances, cookware, a Ninja Foodi XL pressure cooker and Keurig, to name a few conveniences.
