This place was perfectly located near the ferry terminal and all restaurants in town. Very clean and spacious. I would buy this place if I could. Thank you for letting us stay there. I hope to go back soon.

Mar Azul is a few steps away, as is the rest of the town of Vieques. Great stay!! Cafe Mesita was a delight!

My husband and I came here to scuba dive. The house was located about one block from the dive shop, so very convenient. It was also close enough to the ferry for us to walk there with our luggage. The house was well stocked with anything you could possibly need and was very clean. If we return to Vieques, we would stay here again.

This is such a cute unit, honestly it was larger and nicer than the place we were staying over in San Juan. Totally new and updated. Easy walking to several restaurants and close to the ferry. Would definitely recommend.

The location was perfect. It was a short walk to location and restaurants. The place was lovely and host thought of everything. We had beach chairs/umbrella and cooler. The kitchen had coffee and creamers for our first cup of morning coffee The host was attentive making sure we had arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. He let us stay past 11AM since he had no reservation for that day and no extra money was asked for. That worked so well since our ferry wasn’t leaving until 3PM. It was a blessing to us. Would definitely recommend and return again.

Perfect for a couple

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. This was everything I look for in a short term vacation rental. Host communicated well and the check-in/check-out process was simple and easy.

Perfect Location!

This studio was perfect for a getaway close to everything! Surrounded by the best restaurants on the island all within walking distance. Right down the street from Mar Azul for watching amazing sunsets on the back deck while sipping cocktails. The studio was well equipped and spacious for two we will be back!

Great location, clean

Place was easy to find from the ferry ride. Large space w everything you need for a nice vacation. There was an issue w the some mosquitoes and a window stuck open but the owner addressed them the next day. Close to plenty of restaurants and more all within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Beautiful and accommodating

This studio is absolutely stunning. The pictures represent very accurately. All new, very spacious with easy access to ferry and amenities. The property owner was very attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend and would visit again!

The host was impossible to connect with. The room was full of mosquitos and very humid upon arrival. We checked in later than check in time in the evening, because the ferry delay caused our arrival to be delayed. Although disappointing, I was okay with it because everything seems to move very slow on this island. The day of checkout, our excursion ran late so our arrival back to the VRBO was a little after the checkout time. Within minutes of walking into the room, I was startled with hearing heavy loud banging on the door with a man saying “open the door!” Frightened, I quickly asked my husband to get out of the restroom because a man is banging on the door. My husband rushed out and opened the door. A frightening man was at the door saying “you need to get out! Checkout is at 11!” I kindly responded with “yes sir I’m aware but our excursion ran late. We just walked in 10 minutes ago and quickly packed and we are on our way out. I’m sure you must have seen this on your camera since you arrived within minutes of our arrival.” I showed him my packed luggage. The man did not care and said “you need to leave now!” I did not appreciate this man’s tone of voice or really scary action and would not recommend this place.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, as our goal is always to provide a comfortable and welcoming stay for all of our guests. Regarding communication, we make ourselves readily available through the VRBO messaging platform, as well as via phone and email provided both on our keychains and on-site signage. We always aim to respond promptly and assist whenever needed. As for mosquitoes and humidity, these can occasionally be present due to our tropical island environment. That said, the unit is equipped with multiple mitigation measures, including mosquito traps and two high-capacity air conditioning units, which are designed to quickly create a comfortable indoor climate. Concerning your departure, we understand that travel plans and excursions can sometimes run late. Unfortunately, we did not receive a request for a late checkout, and our team had been waiting 2 hours to begin cleaning in preparation for incoming guests. When there is availability, we are always happy to accommodate late departures when communicated in advance. We do take your comments regarding the interaction at checkout seriously and will be addressing this internally to ensure all guest interactions remain professional and courteous. We appreciate you staying with us and wish you all the best in your future travels. Mont Résidence

May we know exactly what were the circumstances that led to your review as there were no comments? As per the departure message sent by you on March 31, 2026 at 11:33 am states, and I quote: "Thank you for an amazing stay! Your place was absolutely stunning, clean and well appointed. Dishes are done, ice trays full, towels are gathered and the AC is off. We also left a partial case of water in the guest closet for whomever it may serve. Thanks again!"
