Our ladies group of ten stayed here for our annual retreat. The property has large rooms, very comfortable beds, great dining room that we used for both eating and playing games, and a nice game room with theatre. I would highly recommend the property just know you do need to be able to carry luggage down a set of stone steps to the front door. The property is close to downtown Greenville and has lots of options for restaurants as well.

A great house for our group, the theater for a ballgame and tennis court great plus. Lots of steps so glad the grandsons didn’t make it.

This home was perfect for our girls trip. The views were absolutely amazing! So many amenities we weren’t able to use them all! I would definitely book this house again.

Amazing home with ample space for all and a wide array of activities for everyone to enjoy. The large dining room was a special place for our family to congregate for our holiday meals together, and the theater, pool/poker tables, game room, hot tub and tennis court were all utilized and enjoyed throughout our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

Accommodated our large crew beautifully- 5 adults and 5 kids aged 0-11. The kids’ favorite part was the hot tub (some even braved the pool in April!). The adults’ favorite part was the VIEW. The sunsets were absolutely STUNNING. Rooms were well appointed, and we especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen. We were all able to enjoy meals together at the large dining room table. Movie night in the movie theater room was the cherry on top. My five year old has already asked to come back next spring break.

Wonderful

Nice and simple, the house is just as advertised. We had a wonderful week here and the tennis court is a lovely surprise! 4 adults and 2 kids, plenty of space.

EXCELLENT HOST!! PROMPT, FRIENDLY AND THOROUGH! WE HAD OUR FAMILY OF 14, AGES 5 MONTHS TO 68 YEARS AND EVERYONE ENJOYED OUR STAY. LOVED ALL OF THE AMENITIES, SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE...COMFORTABLE SLEEPING, ENJOYED THE THEATER ROOM, GAME ROOM, POOL, HOT TUB, TENNIS COURT AND LOVED THAT WE COULD ALL SIT TOGETHER IN THE DINING ROOM. WE WERE IN TOWN FOR A WEDDING AND FOUND THE CITY OF GREENVILLE FRIENDLY, LOVELY AND VERY EASY TO NAVIGATE...HIGHLY RECOMEND!!!

Quirky house with AMAZING Views

This quirky home was such a find. Beautiful views from on top of the mountain with lots of room inside and out. Pool Hot tub, Sauna, Tennis, everything you could ever want for a relaxing week or weekend. Not a place for elderly persons as the property is steep and stonework difficult for them to manage. Overall a 10 out of 10!

Excellent vacation

We stayed here for a family vacation with my two adult children and their significant others. The house was great! Plenty of room for all six of us… And more. Our first couple of days were rainy, but we made use of many of the amenities. We enjoyed playing pool, use the billiards table to play poker, and watch movies in the movie theater. The pool is beautiful and the hot tub is just the thing after getting out. Many of my family enjoyed the sauna as well. Dawn was an excellent host and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible Mountaintop Retreat

We had the pleasure of staying at Sunset Haven for a ladies' trip, and could not have been more pleased with our stay. The view was just breathtaking, and the home was comfortable and well-stocked with so many extras. We didn't even have time to enjoy all of the amenties this home has to offer. Plus, it was a relatively easy 15 min- drive to downtown Greenville. The one time we had to reach out, the homeowners addressed our concern immediately. I would love to come back during the warmer months and enjoy that incredible pool Thank you so much for sharing your home and your hospitality!

Overall, our weeklong stay in April was great. The home offered plenty of space and activities for our family of five. The hot tub and game room were used the most, with the pickleball court a close third. The views were fantastic, and the decks provided great spots for relaxing and unwinding.A few things to note for future guests: the pool is not heated. Our kids braved it a couple of days, but it was cold. There are overhead skylights in the adjoining bedrooms that share a bathroom, so expect to wake up with the sunrise. The game room games are a bit dated, and be sure to log out of any streaming services before checking out.The host was great and very responsive, and the property is conveniently located—about 20 minutes from everything in Greenville.

I’d give 10 stars if I could. The best host I’ve ever experienced. Above and beyond in every way. I’d go back in a heart beat. It was incredibly family friendly. The view will take your breathe away and pictures don’t do it justice. No need to go anywhere else outside the house there is so much to do. It is close to anything you’d need if you decide to leave. What an incredible experience!

Little slice of heaven

We have rented a lot of really nice houses over the years. This one is unique! Great location, has a little bit of everything for everyone of all ages and we enjoyed all of it! House was very clean, beds are comfy and overall just warm and welcoming! Dawn was wonderful with answering all my questions! The only thing I will say is that there are stairs to everything. My opinion is it keeps you young :), but if you have mobility issues it may be something to consider. We plan to return as my family loved this house!!

Amazing! Will be back

This place has just about everything a group would need during their vacation. Pool, hot tub, sauna, pool table, ping pong table, poker table, tennis/pickle ball court, movie theater, and a game room. That’s a long list of amenities compared to other places. Plus a view to die for. Seriously, the view is breathtaking. Hard to beat in my opinion. Everything was smooth and easy. Only thing is if you have elderly there are stairs, so take that into consideration. One minor thing is my wife found the top of our fan had a lot of dirt and had to dust it herself. Not a big deal as we loved the place and will be back again. Thank you!
