Boston is waiting for you at this 2-bedroom stylish apartment. Each bedroom features a comfortable king bed, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and in-unit laundry, guests will enjoy an excellent stay. Experience the magic of Boston from this picture perfect Beacon Hill abode.

This apartment is the penthouse unit, which is located on floors 3 and 4. NOTE that you must use stairs to access the unit; there is no elevator.

The unit consists of two king bedrooms on the 3rd floor and a kitchen and large living area on the 4th, providing extra space for sleeping and gathering. In-unit laundry is located on the 4th floor.

The apartment is centrally located with approximate distances below:

What a great location! If you’re interested in the Beacon Hill area, this is the place. Please note that penthouse means penthouse. There are narrow flights of stairs to maneuver with luggage. Also, be aware the beds are super soft, so be prepared if that’s not your thing. Overall, my sisters and I were very happy staying here for our first time in Boston!

10/10 no notes! Great place, great location, great communication. Charming, full of character and all the necessary updates have been made. You must be able to climb a lot of stairs - which we were - so no issues but older visitors, or those with toddlers, should be aware. We loved this unit in Beacon Hill in Boston!

VERY clean! My wife and I are extremely neurotic so this was very welcome. Our children not so much but my wife and I appreciated it. The other reviewers were also accurate: lots of stairs. But, if you can get over that, then the place is stunning. Very nice, very upscale. Great neighborhood, only a couple of blocks from Boston Common; DeLucca's Market only a couple of blocks away; they make great sandwiches and provide whatever else you need in a corner store. We Uber'd anywhere we could not walk. This VRBO was awesome, though. I would definitely stay again.The photos ARE accurate, unlike some other VRBOs. Thoughtful owners, dishes, flatware, coffee maker, teapot, toaster etc.

Perfect location. Beautiful property. There are lots of extra touches that are helpful-toothbrushes, etc in case you forgot something. Excellent communication with property owner. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Beacon Hill penthouse apartment! The space was beautifully designed, with gorgeous marble bathrooms and thoughtful details throughout that made it feel both stylish and comfortable.Located on a quiet alley, the apartment offered a peaceful retreat while still being in the heart of the city. It was just a short walk to Boston Common, and we even enjoyed the scenic 45-minute walk to Fenway Park.The host’s communication was excellent from start to finish, and we especially appreciated the option to store our luggage upon arrival, which made exploring the city before check-in so much easier.If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-located place to experience Boston, we highly recommend this Beacon Hill penthouse!

Incredible spot to stay. The historical charm of the apartment is not lost with the modern upgrades. We loved our stay with three small children and the central location made it easy to get to all the major attractions of Boston. Will definitely be back!

Great location. Cute place. We loved it! It is perfectly situated on a quaint, quiet lane in Beacon Hill. Easy walk to so many Boston must-see places.Be prepared, though. There are three flights of very narrow stairs that could be problematic for some.

Amazing apartment in a great neighborhood! We had a slight issue with the door code, but that was a VRBO isssue that the owner quickly handled. The apartment was immaculate and well-stocked. The stairs are a lot with our luggage, but we expected it. We had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a taste of Beacon Hill!

If you can’t do stairs this probably isn’t for you. But everything else was really cool. The neighborhood was storybook and very walkable. It was very nice to stay here.

First time to Boston

This unit is in a wonderful location and the neighborhood is so quaint and charming. The building is very historic and has all of the charm with modern amenities. Navigating the staircases to the upstairs was a bit challenging. We had an early flight home and felt bad for the noise we made leaving for the lower floor guests. Our hosts were super helpful and had a great book on area restaurants, etc.

The location and neighborhood give this a 7 out of 5! Fantastic spot, so quintessentially Boston and so convenient. The home is lovely, well renovated, and well equipped.The beds were VERY comfortable. You do need to be aware that the stairs into the unit and between the two floors of the unit are very tight, steep, and would be difficult to navigate for elderly, larger people, or anyone with movement impairment/injury, etc. Please be aware. This is a very historic building and the stairs reflect that. The main reason I cannot give it 5 stars is that we were there in June - and hit a couple days of VERY humid heat. The temperature was not terribly high- low 80s maybe- but very humid. The home had a musty smell like mildew a times. It could have just been because of teh humidity but I don't know. It could use some type of dehumidifying and maybe diffusers or something to make it smell more pleasant overall. And if you're travelling there in the summer you need to be aware that the thermostat is only for central heat. The air conditioning is created by small window units in the rooms which work.... ok. We had some trouble with it being too hot but turning it up enough to cool us off meant the thing blowing right on our face as we tried to sleep. By the last night we had gotten it figured out to be more comforatble. My recommendation is book this home in the fall, winter, or spring and you'll probably love it. All in all- really enjoyed it!
