Great place for A family get together. Large backyard to play games. Nice bedrooms and kitchen. Great location for the zoo and Urban air and shopping.

We have stayed at this property twice now, and it was perfect for our group…location wise and the house itself! It is adult and kid friendly! There are 4 bedrooms with double beds plus bunk beds downstairs and couches! It very comfortably sleeps 10 plus. The host is amazing and responds very quickly to messages! I left something at the house this last stay, and he was willing to do whatever was needed to get it back to me! I could not recommend this property more!!!

Absolutely beautiful property with amenities for all ages. Owners are were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of spectacular. Highly recommend and should we ever be back this way we will definitely stay again!!!

The property was clean and well taken csre of. The kids loved the arcade and board games that were available to play. Plenty of space for our entire family and close to great food and coffee. Overall an excellent stay.

Clean and cozy. Host was very responsive to a small plumbing concern and considerate about getting it resolved quickly with minimal interference. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay!

Great hospitality! Great communication! Tons of space in this house. Our kids enjoyed the activities they could do at the house! Will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Omaha.

The home was as described and perfect for my family and my sisters’ family. We have four adults and five teenagers. The bedrooms fit our family of 9 perfectly.

The property worked great for four couples and young kids for a short weekend get away. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out/cook etc. Location was close to the activities we had planned and it was nice there were baby gates and high chair available. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. Only had one small issue which we noticed the host about and that was that one of the bedroom sheets weren’t clean. Overall it was a good stay and the host is very responsive.

We had a great stay at this property in March/April 2026 with our elementary aged kids and dog. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but conveniently located to hop on the interstate to the zoo or downtown. Also we found plenty of restaurants and stores nearby and enjoyed Prehistoric Putt. The house is nice and very spacious, and the kitchen is quite well-appointed. We appreciated the 2 separate living spaces in the living room and basement. The king master and 3 queens are all together on the upper level, which was perfect for us, and there is a set of twin bunkbeds in the basement. The mattresses were a bit firm for our taste, but the linens are very nice.You can park in the double garage, which is a nice extra feature. Kids loved the games in the basement. There are coat hooks by the garage door, closets in every bedroom, and two vanity cabinets in the master bath—great touches to help keep things organized. Keep in mind there are a lot of stairs here—3 half flights because of the split level.Our dog made good use of the fenced backyard and it was helpful that the kitchen was gated to contain him when we left. The yard could use some cleanup where it looks like there used to be a pool, he got a little muddy on rainy days.The host was very responsive and friendly. We found one small problem with a dripping pipe, and he let me decide whether to have someone come in to fix it while we were there or wait until we left—very accommodating.

Excellent for the price. Wonderful communication. Backyard was very peaceful. Close enough to everything relevant in Omaha but still far enough away to feel safe.

The house was perfect for our group. We were in town for a youth baseball tournament so it gave us plenty of space to stretch out. It was close to everything which was convenient as well. I’d definitely recommend staying here!
