Clean and comfortable property with easy access to major roads and downtown area. My little dog had a nice grassy back yard to play in. Loved all the basic supplies in cupboards and drawers. I would stay there again!

A lovely home in a great location. All of the essentials were supplied and we appreciated the extra "treats". Great communication and suggestions from the host. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Great little house - had all the conveniences of being at home. Very clean, pet friendly and we truly enjoyed staying there. Definitely would stay there again!!

This was one of the best supplied rental units i have ever stayed in. It was really clean, nuce bathroom and pet friendly. I would stay here again.

The home was clean inside and treats left by owner were good. Our only complaint is the fact there was no air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom. Since there were 4 adults in our group this was inconvenient.

The property was very nice and clean inside. The outside of the property needs some TLC. The 2 portable ac units could not maintain a space temperature below 75–76 degrees when the temperature was 85 outside and sunny, but at night it cooled down the space properly. Overall the property was very nice. The extra touches and amenities were very nice.

Todd was very responsive. The house was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The location was close to town. I loved the extra touches of treats and hot drinks.

Very clean and comfortable. We came to the area to ride the ATV trails. This was a great location for our needs. I would highly recommend this property to anyway that was coming to the Hayward area. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations.

Very clean and welcoming stay! Gorgeous place to feel at home while traveling. Friendly host and plenty of room for cooking and family activites. 100% recommend. We loved our cozy stay and were always excited to return after daily activities. Nice outdoor space/patio for visiting and having a fire too.

Lovely home! Very clean and well appointed. Owners left special touches (bottled water, fresh fruit, snacks, extra toiletries, plenty of throw blankets, extra bedding and towels) that really made for an enjoyable stay. The location of the house is just a half mile away from downtown Hayward and it’s a very easy walk. The neighborhood is quiet. Will definitely stay here again if I need accommodations while in the area.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The conveniece of this property stands out. Its a 10 minute walk from Main Street for all the events there and 3 restaraunts are a 5 minute walk. Snowmobile and ATV routes are 2 blocks away and you can ride right from the house. Camba and ski trails are a few miles away.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Sharon keeps the house clean and stocked with coffee, tea and other hot drinks. And theres a few snacks also.
