The condo is nothing like the pictures. It is falling apart in some areas, baseboards coming off, carpet was disgusting and the cleaning was terrible. Hair in bath tubs and floor was gross.

Very nice condo in a perfect location.

The condo is in a great location. Quiet. Relaxing and good views. We sat on the balcony looking out at the beach and pool area. There were live bands next door and we were able to enjoy them. Condo was clean. My only suggestion would be to supply more kitchen things ex. Kitchen sponge to clean dishes, dish rags, and pot holders. Overall, our family really enjoyed the time together and we plan to return!!

Great experience this year with family and friends.

We had a great time this year. Our unit was below standards as far as cleaning, but Pam took care of that within 3 days of our stay. The furnace had obviously not been rum for quite a while, because when we turned it on, the dust activated the smoke alarm. The master bedroom and living area carpets were very dirty and stained. We had plenty of room for our visiting family and a great location near the Fitness center. We took advantage of many activities on the event schedule. Met a lot of new friends at bocce ball. I DO wish we would have been higher up in Bristol, as the water view was obstructed by palm trees but with it being a corner unit, we had a lot of natural light. The balcony furniture needs to be updated as it was very worn and flimsy. Even with the above little problems, we greatly enjoyed our stay and even extended 3 days.

I really wanted to love this room. We’ve stayed in the Avalon building years ago and loved our stay so wanted to try it again. The resort overall is great. Love the pools and proximity to the beach. The room definitely needed some TLC. The carpet in all the bedrooms is very dirty. And this also shows on the furniture as it’s all white so I guess to be expected with others not treating things as their own. The kitchen is stocked ok, but could really use a few more dish towels/cloths and some hot pads. So just be prepared to improvise a bit. The master bed sinks on one side really bad but it is a large king so was easy enough to scoot toward the center and make do. Overall our biggest issue was cleanliness. The master bathroom floor had dirty spots we wiped. The whole closet door was off in one of the front bedrooms. I’d possibly stay at this resort again but I’d try a different room. Communication to get in with the host was great. We appreciated being able to get in early in the holiday weekend. I think you should disclose what seasonal means as we were looking forward to the food trucks and they were already out of season on Labor Day. I guess we’d still consider that summer.

We had a great vacation!!! Had a question about an extra parking pass a within minutes question was answered an everything was taking care of. Will definitely book again. Than you all for letting us enjoy the time with our kids an grandkids with no problems!!! See you next summer!!!!

Family vacation, room was very clean and the beach view was beautiful! We were on the second floor, really nice! Fireworks on the beach! Fantastic very family atmosphere! One plus was the security was awesome felt very safe! I would absolutely recommend!

Nice place, great location, a few things were needed, nothing big just baking sheets, potholders and maybe a few games would have been nice. Otherwise, our trip was very comfortable and relaxing.
