Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the convenient location directly across from the beach, the spacious primary bedroom, and the outdoor seating area. We're sorry to hear that the condo didn't fully meet your expectations. The maximum occupancy is based on the sleeping accommodations available, but we understand that comfort levels can vary from one group to another. We also appreciate you pointing out the concerns with the front door, bathrooms, and noise from the unit above. We'll share your comments with the owner and our maintenance team for review. Regarding the supplies, we provide an initial starter set of essentials, including one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, to help guests get settled. As noted in our listing, rental agreement, and pre-arrival information, guests are responsible for bringing or purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay. Because of health and safety considerations, we also do not leave opened spices or beach equipment in the unit. We appreciate your feedback and hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future. ~ Sands of Alabama Team

Thanks for taking the time to review your stay Mary! Upon you checking out there were several issues found in the condo and were surprised you did not let us know. 1. The kitchen granite was stained & we had to pay someone to get the stain out which took us days. 2. The master mattress is completely stained with feces & we had to order a $500 mattress before our next guest arrives. 3. There was feces on the walls in the bathrooms, on the dishwasher and the place was a wreck. We will be pursue collecting the damages through VRBO.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're so glad to hear that the location worked well for your family and that you were able to enjoy so many great nearby attractions during your stay. It’s wonderful to know the property was clean and convenient for your needs, and we’re happy you appreciated the quick communication. We’re sorry to hear about the noise from the upstairs unit unfortunately, as you mentioned, it's managed separately, but we completely understand how that could be disruptive. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the convenient location, easy beach access, and our responsive communication throughout your stay. We appreciate your comments about the layout and understand that the amount of furniture and the firmness of the king mattress may not suit everyone's preferences. We also recognize that noise can occasionally be more noticeable in a first-floor unit. We're especially sorry to hear about the water you found in the master bathroom on your last night. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have shared this with our maintenance team so they can inspect the area and address any issues, particularly following the heavy rain. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again. ~ Sands of Alabama Team
