Beautiful property at convenient driving distance from the parks.

It's a nice property located at a safe area and convenient driving distance from the parks. It's a bit noisy due to the proximity with the freeway and can get loud with kids and parties since many houses (if not all) seem to be short term rentals.I was somewhat disappointed with cleaning. The host wasn't very responsive either. I'd stay there again, nevertheless.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us! I'm glad you appreciated the location and felt the area was safe and convenient for visiting the parks. I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience with the cleanliness and communication didn’t meet expectations — that’s definitely not the standard I aim for, and I appreciate you bringing it to my attention. I’ll be following up with my cleaning team and reviewing how I can improve response times going forward. Thank you again for your honest review and I’m happy to hear you'd consider staying again. You’re always welcome back!

We stayed for an extended period; 6 weeks from February through March and were very happy with the unit, location, accommodations and resort amenities. When we had some minor maintenance issues (ripped screens, etc.) the host was very responsive and a repairman was scheduled either same or next day. Overall, very positive.
