Welcome to San Remo Retreat, a Gulf-front 2BR/2BA + bunk room condo in a gated 30A community. Enjoy stunning views from your private balcony and easy access to a quiet, uncrowded beach via private boardwalk. Complimentary beach service (2 chairs + umbrella) included—perfect for relaxing by the emerald Gulf waters. San Remo also features a pool, hot tub, and fitness center for your stay.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Vacation Rental Unit:
The owners take great care in maintaining this unit and offer guests a special “thank-you” for booking! From March 1 to October 31, guests will have access to complimentary beach service that includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. These items can be set up for you on the private beach to the left (east) of the boardwalk, where you can truly relax and enjoy the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico—avoiding the more crowded public beach to the west. You are welcome to purchase additional beach service items from the Dolce Vita (or bring your own chairs). Warning: NO tents allowed! Other highlights of San Remo Retreat include its huge balcony with all-new, super-comfy outdoor furniture, easy access to community pool and private beach, advanced DIRECTV with premium sports, quality furnishings, updated décor, and a Pack-N-Play is available for guests traveling with little ones.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: King bed with Gulf views, private balcony access, TV, and ensuite bathroom featuring a Gulf-view shower and separate tub – Sleeps 2
Guest Bedroom: King bed, TV, and private entrance to shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo – Sleeps 2
Private Bunk Room: Twin-over-twin bunk beds with a door for privacy, suitable for children or adults.
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 adult guests plus 1 to 2 little ones (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Located on the 3rd floor, the unit offers convenient access to the beach and pool area. A private boardwalk takes you straight to the shoreline, while the expansive balcony provides the perfect space to relax and enjoy the breathtaking coastal scenery.
The Gulf-front master bedroom features a king bed, balcony access, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower offering stunning Gulf views. The second bedroom includes another king bed, a TV, and a private entrance to the shared hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A cozy private bunk room with twin-over-twin bunks provides additional sleeping arrangements, making this unit ideal for families with children or small groups.
The open-concept living area is furnished with modern décor and a 55” Smart TV, creating an inviting space to unwind after a day at the beach. Floor-to-ceiling windows lead to an expansive balcony, where you can savor panoramic Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and thoughtful extras such as a Vitamix blender, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and quality cookware.
Parking:
San Remo condo complex offers guest parking for up to 2 vehicles. Please note that a golf cart does count as one vehicle.

San Remo condominium complex is a gated, Gulf-front community located directly off Scenic Highway 30A. This boutique development features just 32 units, offering a private and tranquil atmosphere for your coastal escape. There is onsite maintenance and support 5 days a week.
Amenities include deeded beach access, an Olympic-sized outdoor swimming pool, a whirlpool tub, an upgraded fitness center, a community room, and elevators. The complex’s landscaping features a tranquil pond with swimming turtles and a dock, adding to its serene charm.
Guests enjoy private access to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf via a private boardwalk. The grounds are beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful environment for relaxation while being conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities. The location is ideal, just east of Gulf Place, offering easy access to coffee shops, dining, ice cream parlors, and boutique shopping. San Remo Condo Complex requires wristband fobs to enter the main vehicle gate, pedestrian gate on 30a, fitness room, community restrooms near the pool, and beach boardwalk gate. If a wristband fob is lost or stolen, there is a $100/fob replacement fee that the guest is responsible for.
Currently there are no charging stations for electric golf carts. So, rent one at your own risk of running out of power.
There are trash chutes at both ends of every hallway.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
