Olga saved our fall break birthday beach trip! While three places cancelled on me, Olga quickly mentioned the condo had electricity and should be all set for our trip! We had enough space and the most beautiful view of the ocean from the condo deck. We had just a few steps to the ocean with beach chairs too! Amazing vacation with family celebrating fall break after the hurricane. Thank you for a great week at the beach and for being a great host! We will be back for sure

We enjoyed the condo! We felt it was missing a few things like hand soap, tissues, extra toilet paper, toiletries, more towels in the bathrooms that we could have used. We purchased them from Publix. The two beach chairs we could use were in poor shape. But…the view and proximity to the beach was amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, and views were amazing! The private beach was super close, and the complimentary chairs & umbrella service was luxurious!! We are already talking about renting this place again on our next trip to the Emerald Coast. We hated to leave! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful property, we loved the fall decor it was simple yet perfect for Thanksgiving. Easy access to the beach and very walkable to the small downtown area. We loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is beautiful and so conveniently located. The beach was perfect - it was not busy at all! You truly get the private beach feel. The chairs and umbrella being included was fantastic. The pool was always very clean and very well-maintained. We never had to wait for an elevator and parking was a breeze. It was everything we could have hoped for and more for our family of 4 adults and 3 children. I also had a few questions leading up to our trip and always received responses right away. We are already planning to go back next summer!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful, week long stay. The property was clean and the host was super responsive to any questions I had. Great location. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Definitely one of our favorite spots!

This condo is beautiful and spacious. It’s very clean and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host is wonderful and helpful, the pool is fantastic and it’s family friendly. We were here to enjoy beach time and a wedding. What a great week!

Have stayed at many properties over the years in the 30a area and this one checked all the boxes: great communication, location, amenities and basic supplies, cleanliness (including the pool!) and beautiful views with a short walk to a private beach. Will definitely be staying here again!

A wonderful stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at San Remo 302! The view was unbelievable! The kids were all able to walk easily barefoot to the beach and that was so perfect. We all had a great time and can’t wait to visit again!
