With stunning Gulf and Tower 3 pool views, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is perfect for up to 4 guests. Relax on the ultra-private balcony, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the emerald waters. Inside, coastal décor and an open floor plan create a welcoming space. The living area features a queen sofa sleeper, flat-screen TV with Roku, and floor-to-ceiling windows leading to the balcony. The well-equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, modern appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals. The master bedroom is a serene retreat with a king-size bed, luxurious linens, and a flat-screen TV. The great room offers a plush queen sofa sleeper. Amenities WiFi, and access to Edgewater’s incredible resort features—pools, hot tubs, on-site dining, a golf course, and more. There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply. Pros: Nice condo, very clean. Great location and lots of space on the beach. Close to a lot of great places to eat/shop. Cons: Was very clean but showing some wear. Shower handle was loose, shower head leaked, and only one wash cloth for two people for seven days. We had to go buy some wash cloths for our stay. Did not realize you had to rent the umbrellas at the pool. But overall, these were minor issues and would still recommend for an affordable beach vacation.

Surprised at having to pay to register! Thought registration was part of the cost of staying. Location was good. Age of facility starting to show. Could not close the windows near elevator to stop the wind.

The bedroom didn’t have lights to turn on. Only lamps. Made the room still very dark. Didn’t have much pots and pans to cook or any containers for storage foods such as watermelon cantaloupe etc. there wasn’t enough wristbands in the room for 4 people . So I had to go find 1. The elevators was terrible. 2 elevators in our tower and they both took turns of shutting down. The wait for a cart on check in day was terrible . And parking was ok at times which I knew would be kinda packed since it was the holiday . The gym was not close to the property it was across the street at the villas.
