We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The condo was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. This condo was very nice, well stocked, great location, you can walk to everything which will prevent the traffic backups which happen in peak times on the island, beautiful views, and nice pool to cool down after a day at the beach. You can also have the convenience of beach chair/umbrella setup right in front the condo.The host Brian was very welcoming and responsive. No issues with this condo and we would def stay here again. Great quick getaway for us. We Love P'cola and try to visit as much as possible. :)

Plenty of room in this condo, usually the space appears smaller than the pictures. This was an exception as it was quite roomy. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Perfect getaway spot. Owner was very receptive and easy to accommodate our needs. Thanks so much!!

This was a really good property for our beach trip. All the essentials were there. Rooms were clean. The host is very responsive and easy to reach. Beach gear is available such as toys, cooler bag, large cooler, beach bag, chairs, Turkish beach towels. Decoration of the apartments is simple but clean and spacious. WiFi connection was very good and all the TVs worked appropriately. There are two elevators in site. There is a beach gear rental company that is available called Dolce Vita that we used to rent out beach loungers and umbrellas to skip the hassle of carrying stuff back and forth. Life saver. Pricey but worth it to us. About 800 dollars for 4 loungers, 2 umbrellas and a table for 4 days! Plenty of things to do close by. Many stores, restaurants and other beaches to go to. Would definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay.

This property is fantastic and the owner was beyond helpful, before and during our trip. The location is great with many shops and restaurants located within very close walking distance. The views are beyond incredible, waking up to see the sunrise over the Gulf and looking out at the white sand and crystal blue water was great. There are a few chairs and items not listed which we found helpful (Keurig, Cooler, soft side bag cooler, etc.) We did not use the pools but they looked nice. There are rental chairs and umbrellas available on the beach, you can reserve before or book the day of. Convenience store right in front had lots of good items, eg beer, wine, and extra sun screen. I would HIGHLY recommend this property and we have stayed all over the world. Also an incredible bird colony just up the beach with Least terns, Wilson and Snowy plovers, and Black skimmers all just nesting on the beach.

Our family is deeply rooted in the local community—our kids are enrolled in the local schools and active in sports, and we own and operate a real estate brokerage and rental management company. My father-in-law owns Pensacola Beach Boat Charters, and we’re all avid boating enthusiasts and beach lovers.
