Can’t beat the view. Nice unit, everything you need. One elevator running caused some backups but was worse for people on lower floors because the elevator was always full when it got to them.

We are completely happy with our stay! Brian, our host was very quick to reply to all questions. The condo is beautifully decorated and very modern. Kitchen essentials very good! The quality of bath towels was 100 % (something you don’t always find)! The shower pressure was the best! We like the choice of drip coffee pot and a keurig. Plenty of beach chairs too. If we come back to Pensacola we will stay here! We have only good things to say and are very happy with our stay (and I’m a tough critic )

We had an incredible stay at this beach condo! The location was perfect, with stunning views of the beach just steps away. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. This property is clean and comfortable. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The condo is well-furnished, and the beds were comfortable. The owner provided wonderful communication, answering any questions we had quickly and clearly. He even personally went to the condo to check for my son’s lost World Series championship ring. Although it was not located, it was clear that he was trying his absolute best to help. We are rule followers at our core, and I appreciate order, but be aware there is an HOA along permanent residents who live in these condos who nitpick. Numerous families on my son’s baseball team decided to stay at the same complex, and it felt like we couldn’t enjoy our large group the way we have in the past.All of this to say, I would stay in this unit again if it were only my family, but I would not recommend this complex for large groups.

Condo was exactly as described, and Brian was quick to respond. The location is perfect- short walk to Native Cafe, Paradise, and Bonsai. We saw three dolphins and three ospreys carrying fish from our balcony on the 15th floor.

Our family is deeply rooted in the local community—our kids are enrolled in the local schools and active in sports, and we own and operate a real estate brokerage and rental management company. My father-in-law owns Pensacola Beach Boat Charters, and we’re all avid boating enthusiasts and beach lovers.
