Tina was great! We’ve been coming to Portofino for 20 years and this was our favorite 2 bedroom we’ve stayed in! The most well stocked unit! Tina was great to communicate and always quick to respond. We will stay here again!

Portofino was lovely. We enjoyed the main pool, ordering poolside and the on-site restaurant. The balcony gives you a clear view of the Gulf. I enjoyed watching and listening to the waves as Hurricane Isaias was making its way to the coast. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to the storm. But Tina was so nice and accommodating. We would love to stay there in the future.

Very peaceful! Host was very responsive! Room was clean and very accommodating! Love the massage at the SPA, my first but Anthony was great!! Very secure will visit again!

Tina was amazing and her condo was gorgeous! We had a blast staying there and the beach truly looked like the Bahamas. The beds were very comfortable, the condo was very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals as far as pots/pans etc.. Also, this is important to some people- the coffee pot worked well and the coffee was good! The shower heads were very nice as well and there is a very big jetted tub. The resort is top notch with a fabulous gym. Tina was so responsive when we booked super last minute and we are so grateful. We will definitely be back!

I have never been to a property that 100 % match the pictures. This place not only matched but exceeded the pictures. Everyone we interacted with was so nice and accommodating!!! If we go back to Pensacola, no question where we are staying.

We enjoyed our stay at Tina’s place at Portofino in Pensacola. Tina was helpful and quick to respond. The condo and property were clean and met all our needs. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this listing.

This condo was perfect for my family. When it comes to vacations I am very picky about where we stay and this condo met all of my expectations. Clean, beds were comfortable, pools were nice, walk to the beach wasn’t bad. The price we paid is reasonable for what we got. We would definitely stay here again.- Katie

We had a great stay. Condo is wonderful and has a great view. Very clean and beautiful view!Only improvements would be adding moretowels/washcloths in the bathrooms and maybe update the couch to something more comfortable.

Hello and thank you for your kind review. We have an update...A new sofa sleeper was ordered and placed in the living room on Oct 29th. Regarding the bath towels, all of the 2 bedroom condos at this resort are supplied with 8 bathtowels and 8 washcloths, 6 hand towels. This was listed in the rental information that is given to all guests before their stay so you know what is provided and could bring additional if anyone wanted. We also have a washer and dryer in the condo for your use, if someone didn’t want to pack more. We appreciate your stay and hope to have you back next year!
