Everything was great for the two of us to enjoy a quick getaway. We loved the ocean-front view. The comfortable chairs outside our room probably made us the envy of the property! My only deduction from a complete 5 star review was around the “check-in process.” Our host, Linda, was exceptional in giving us an stress-free arrival. I find the VRBO app to be difficult to navigate (specifically for Check-In instructions) and that’s not her fault. Linda was very happy (and QUICK) to provide us the instructions in a format that worked for us.

This is a nicely decorated studio, making the most of a small space with extra hooks and cubbies for storage.I loved sitting outside on the chairs, sipping coffee or reading a book while watching the rabbits and sea birds. It's a million dollar view!

We celebrated our 10th anniversary here and had the most delightful experience! There are so many thoughtful touches- coffee bar stocked and ready was my favorite! Even though the weather was rainy we had the best time relaxing and enjoying the ocean front views while having coffee and Bible study on the ocean front covered porch! It was a dream vacation and can’t wait to come back !

Nice place. If you are looking for a no frills beach front accomodation this is it. Well maintained and clean. AC works great. Comfortable sofa and chair. Right on the beach so no crossing streets or hassles to get to the promised land. Just the basics. But we came to be at the beach and basically slept there is all. The queen bed is shoehorned into a nook so you have about 12" from each side of the bed to the wall. Large people beware. There were some chairs interspersed along the porch deck, we had two outside our room. Kinda weird to have strangers sitting outside your window but not a big deal. We "hit the lottery" during our stay, they were paving the parking lot! So the savory smells of asphalt, melodious sounds of old pavement being ground up, dust, dump trucks, and vibratory compactors made it a well rounded experience. Bad timing on our part. But this happens like every 20-30 years, so you should not suffer our purgatory.Overall a good place.
