Boardwalk ramp to beach, indoor pool and outdoor pool with giant slide, hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts. 1/4 mile from Fort Macon State Park. Close to great restaurants and local attractions. Gated community. Linens, beach towels, 2 boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, all provided! Beautifully renovated. Elevator and luggage carts available. Kitchen stocked with all essentials including Keurig coffee maker and K-cups for guests. Outdoor gas grills and firepit.

Weekend at the beach

The condo is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Great view of the ocean and easy to get to. Our host, Steve, was so kind in calling to make sure we had clear directions and checked on us via text. We will be back!

Great for small family

The property was small but very clean. The owner communicated the check in and out details flawlessly.A visual map of the property would be helpful before checking in (I was able to find it online,not on VRBO). More information on the amenities on the resort property and how to access them would be helpful in the property information binder.

Everything was very nice. The condo is very clean. The condo is very small/very small. The elevator at the facility was not working so that was disappointing.

Great Stay!

Clean condo with all the amenities. Steve was very easy to communicate with and walked us through check in and check out. No issues. We would stay here again!

Fall Break ‘24

Our stay was fantastic. Best check in process we’ve ever experienced.(host was prompt, clear, pro-active, and so informative). The little things made the week even better; boogie boards, cooler, chairs, etc and the location was great. Loved the bball courts and hot tub.

Clean, cute apartment at Atlantic Beach

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. It was well furnished, the beds were comfortable and they had everything we needed including beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, a cooler and the house was stocked with coffee, trash bags, cleaning supplies, soap, etc. the complex itself was great since it had an indoor heated pool, hot tubs, a non heated outdoor pool that was still open in October (!), tennis/pickleball and basketball courts, ping pong table and putt putt but bring your own sporting equipment during the off season since there wasn’t anyone manning the recreation complex to check out these items from. The beach was beautiful and it was nice to be close to the state park making this area less crowded than other beaches. We look forward to coming back!

I loved the light beach colors of the decor. I traveled alone and it was perfect for me. The owner was in touch several times and very helpful. He was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely stay there again

Our stay was great! The place was exactly as advertised. Close and easy access to the beach. Shopping and good restaurants close by as well. I highly recommend this place.

This condo was just for my husband and I. Amenities were exactly as it was posted.

Everything was clean and perfect. Pool was great! The location was perfect! The beach was wonderful. The host was very helpful.

Great Condo

Great property - we enjoyed the amenities and the location was very convenient. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4 (one 13 yrs old and one 10 yr old plus 2 adults). Well stocked, which we appreciated. Would recommend!

Loved our stay

Condo is clean and updated, with a fairly easy walk to the beach. My 6 year old loved the water slide. You will not run out of things to do at this place. The host was also very informative and attentive to any questions I had. Hope to stay here again on my next trip to AB.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The host communicated excellent and had extras in the condo such as dental floss, cotton swabs, after sun lotion, shampoo and conditioner and body wash. We will definitely stay here again!

Sun, Sand, Pools, Bingo, & Waterslide

A Place at The Beach III never disappoints. This was our first time in this particular condo. It's furnished well and laid out perfect for our family of three. The beds were comfy. There are beach chairs, sand buckets, and two wave boards available that we found handy. We aren't in the room much so the view to the ocean also overlooking the parking lot isn't a big deal. It could be a factor for others though, you won't be able to watch your older kiddos from the room in the pool if that is your plan. Thanks for a good week Steve and opening your place to us. :)
