• Second-floor condo (no elevator). This is a second-floor condo in a shared building. While the community is generally quiet, you may occasionally hear normal footsteps or sounds from the units above.

Rental Agreement & Policies
• All guests must complete and sign a rental agreement after booking and upload a photo of a government-issued ID for age verification (must be 25+ to book).
• A refundable security deposit is required and will be held 2 days prior to arrival. To confirm your reservation, these steps must be completed within 24 hours.
• We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance through Play Travel Protection to protect against unforeseen circumstances or non-refundable deposits. Please note that we do not offer refunds for inclement weather.
• No pets allowed.
• Non-smoking/Vaping property (including decks).
• Seasonal amenities (pools, tennis courts, grills) may occasionally close due to weather or maintenance.

Enjoyed our stay! Kids had a fantastic time walking to the beach and pool was a great way wind down afterwards. Many conveniences of this property, and well taken care of. host was great at communicating, will be looking to stay here again.

This was a great beach rental! Very clean and well appointed, and the host was extremely responsive. Perfect size for a small girls weekend or family trip. Easy walk to the beach and a nice deck for enjoying your morning coffee. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location for a holiday with kids. Short walk to the beach and the pool close by was refreshing at the end of the beach day. Host was easy to communicate with and the rental was clean.

Nicole was super easy to get in contact with, the condo had everything we needed for the weekend. It was nice not having to worry about the little things when we were only there for such a short time. The location was perfect to go to the pool and the ocean. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. It was close to all the restaurants grocery stores and gift shops. We will be returning when we can stay longer. The pictures were exact and the beds were all so comfortable.

The condo is wonderful. The beachy design aesthetic makes it so chic. The beds are very comfortable. The extra amenities make it feel like home. Communication was excellent and the details sent prior to the trip was easy to follow and made the stay seamless. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Overall we loved the property and felt pampered from the moment we stepped into the front door. We were able to enjoy the view of the beach as well as it's easy access. Everything we needed and so much more was available in the kitchen and throughout the house. What a wonderful way to spend our anniversary. The host was so thoughtful and left us a card, balloon and even a small gift for the occasion. Nicole was easy to reach and also gave us a list of places to eat and visit. I would definitely rent this property again.

Vacation with our 4 year old grandson

This property was exactly what we needed for a vacation with our grandson! It is beautiful, clean, proximity to beach was excellent and we very much enjoyed the pool. Beach toys and chairs, small cooler, beach towels were available for our use as well.Mornings spent on the deck reading, enjoying coffee, later exploring the beach and surrounding areas including the aquarium, Macon Fort, various restaurants, venturing one rainy day to a children's museum in Jacksonville.

We had the best beach vacation for our family of 3! Nicole was a wonderful host, very helpful and communicative! Wonderful beach home, and location! They made it so easy and have thought of everything so you don’t have to bring the whole house! We would love to come back again in the future! Seamless check in and check out experience too! Highly recommended

The condo was exactly as advertised in both written description and online photos. We found the condo to be incredibly clean, bright and stylish, and very accessible to the beach. The check-in process was seamless. Nicole (owner / host) is very timely, responsive, and thorough in her communication. She made us feel welcome and made the entire process easy. I'd highly recommend this condo rental.

This is a great spot for a family of four (or five) with a close proximity to the beach. The interior decor was modern, clean and very beachy but also cozy feeling. Extremely comfortable beds! Also a well-equipped kitchen. Great communication with the hostess Nicole and the check-in process was a breeze. My only complaint (and this isn’t even a knock on the property) but the pool within the complex didn’t have lights at night. They were there, but just wouldn’t come on. I would definitely stay here again, and plan to, each year we pick our kids up from camp in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Summer Solstice! The space was immaculate, beautifully kept, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable, stress-free stay. The views were incredible, more importantly proximity to the beach was awesome - getting back and forth was as advertised at about 90 seconds.Our host, Nicole provided was top-notch communication from start to finish - super friendly, incredibly attentive, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend!
