This was a great location with plenty of room for 4 generations to spread out with their own space, but also gather together as a family. The restaurants nearby were convenient. It was clean and had a very usable kitchen.

The house was spotlessly clean! The location was great- we enjoyed both getting pizza and going to the coffee shop. The kitchen had all we needed to make our own food- good selection of pots, pans, etc. The grandkids enjoyed the collection of kids books and the side yard to play. We hope to stay here again some day!

This house was perfect for our trip to Ohio for a family wedding. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was spacious and well appointed. Loads of natural light throughout the house. At first glance, the location may strike one as odd (it’s in a parking lot with businesses), but the businesses sold great breakfast food and the store across the street had everything we needed for our week. Checkout in and out was super easy and communications were timely. Overall excellent place to stay!

Wonderful experience!

We had a great time in this beautifully renovated home. The kitchen was clean, roomy, well stocked and appreciated the coffee provided for us. The room darkening shades and washer and dryer were a plus with little ones. Plenty of room to enjoy family time.

Wonderful!

Fresh, clean, well appointed home. Great for extended family. Thoughtful amenities with delicious food and coffee right across the way. Highly recommend.

Great property. Great location. Pretty clean. We wished there was cable to watch TV at night. There is not very good cell service outsude the house, so plug your destination in prior to leaving the house.

Beautiful property!

Everything was clean & comfortable. We did need some extra blankets but that was really it. We also needed the Wi-Fi info but the host is very communicative and timely. Thank you!!

Wonderful Property

Very well maintained. Kitchen was very well stocked and conveniently placed for dining. Could use a larger dining table and definitely more dining chairs/bench. The front playroom area was an amazing surprise. It had a bed and a fun electric game table with all sorts of board games. Adults and kids both enjoyed using it. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Our stay was beyond great and we would book this house again

Our annual Girls Trip was great and the house suited us well. The rooms were big enough and we loved the fact that each bedroom either had a King or Queen size bed. The kitchen was big enough for multiple women doing multiple things. I would definitely stay here again!I do have some suggestions: I could not find a fly swatter. I would like to see outlet covers for small children (which we had). The carpeted floors were clean but the tiled floors were not. They actually turned your bare feet black.

What a wonderful house! It was big and comfortable and clean. The kitchen had all the tools that we needed. All of the beds were comfortable and the game table provided a bit of fun. We went to a few musicals performed by Ohio Light Opera (excellent) and otherwise played games, ate, went for a hike (there's a nice waterfall hike nearby), and shopped in Wooster. It was a terrific family reunion.My husband and I were in the basement bedroom and there did not seem to be any way to turn the A/C down in that room, so it was quite cold (better too cold than too hot though). My husband, who is a retired Mechanical Engineer who designed HVAC systems suggested that you insulate duct work - it might save you money and not freeze the basement.

I have to say for the price we paid It wasn't what I expected. The main floor bed hadn't been made and the bedding was just in a pile on the bed from the previous person who had stayed there. We found a cigarette on top of the refrigerator half smoked, and we found candy and clothing behind the couch. Another problem we had was we planned on using the gaming table for our grandchildren and the power cord was bad and every time you bumped the power cord it would turn off. They did send a person to pick up the trash and make the bed, but I don't feel that should've had to been done. It should've been done right the first time. I think we deserve some type of credit. At least 200 for our inconvenience for the price we paid. This is a busy area near businesses and parking is limited when the businesses are open. You may have to park farther away than you want. There's also no curtain on the main entrance door or no way to block from seeing in from outside. The couch is very low to the floor and uncomfortable. I spent most of my time sitting at the table and on a bed. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice. A/C works good.
