Peaceful Meadows

This beautiful home is located in the hills of Amish county, it has plenty of space for the whole family, a gorgeous kitchen with all your basic cooking utensils, a pebble pit and sand box for the kids, and beautiful views of the country side.
The home is a short drive from Berlin, a main attraction, with lots of shops, restaurants and places to explore.
While tucked back from the main road, there are coffee shops, a pizza place, grocery store, and a dollar general just mins away.

The home is surrounded by hay fields, which we make hay in, and pastures, that our horses and cows graze in.
It is a very peaceful setting!

The whole home is available for guests, there is a large garage attached to the house that is perfect for indoor activities when weather is cold.

What a terrific stay! This home is perfect for families and friends. We held our elder retreat here and couldn’t have been more pleased with the home and host.

We really enjoyed our stay at Peaceful Meadows for two nights! The house was very clean and provided a relaxing space as well as all of the amenities and handicap access we were looking for to celebrate a 65th birthday. We visited some local shops, wineries, and the Berlin escape room.

Wonderful place

This property is a wonderful place, very cozy, comfortable and spacious. Our family loved spending Thanksgiving here and enjoyed the scenery, playing in the garage and visiting with the cows. Great stay!

Great place

It was a great place for a youth group, after each session we’d go back and play games, hang out, we also had a campfire and grilled some burgers, made many memories

Beautiful property nestled behind a hill overlooking the hills. Its close proximity to close Amish surroundings makes for a great weekend. Lots of room to mingle and even get your private space.

The host is first off amazing! They were sweet enough to let us get married on the property. When I say our wedding was stunning it’s not because of the decorations but because the property and the scenery! The host was so prompt with responding back and was extremely helpful! I was so nervous having a Vrbo property for a wedding but it was the BEST decision. The host even let me come before booking to view it. We will 1000% be spending our anniversaries here! The place was spotless when we arrived and probably my favorite part was a little barn kitty came over to join in on the celebration. If you’re considering booking this place JUST DO IT. I swear you’ll love it!

Very nice location. The house is beautiful. We really enjoyed watching the horses. The guys enjoyed s'mores from the firepit and sitting out on the deck. We highly recommend!

Perfect!

This place was perfect for our group! Only a short drive from all the touristy stuff, but yet secluded enough to unplug and enjoy the peace and quiet of this location.

Great Getaway

Close to everything. Loved the attached garage, lots to do in the winter. Beautiful setting, very clean.

Spacious and clean. A bit sparse for baking but we managed. Nice breezes on the deck. Lots of flies due to the lovely horses nearby. Would return here for a future stay!

Lovely house

We were in town for a ladies retreat and decided to rent a house instead of a hotel. So glad we did. The house is spacious and we were able to socialize or turn in for the night without disturbing others. It was too cold to sit outside, but the porch and fire pit area looked inviting.

Family Birthday Gathering

We celebrated a birthday gathering at this VRBO. The house worked perfect for our family! Hannah was excellent to work with. Zero complaints! We went to Der Dutchman for supper (5 min drive) and all all other destinations were close. We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quite place that is visiting Holmes County.

We had the very best time! The host couldn't have been better!! She was communicating with me right away when asked questions, we were able to gain entry sooner than expected, which was fantastic, being we had a little one and the parents drove 8 hours through the night!! Super helpful! The VRBO was clean and the play are for the little one was awesome!! Awesome view for the patio. Just beautiful and couldn't recommend this as a really great place to stay with a large group! Thanks for a terrific space to settle in for our trip!!

We enjoy farming and are passionate about raising the best grass feed steak out there, as well as training horses. Family is most important to us after God. Here at Peaceful Meadows you will get the opportunity to hear the sounds of nature, with a breath taking view. At times you can look down in the valley and see the fog linger above the tree tops, or watch the horses, deer and wildlife. We want you to feel at home here. feel free to take a walk down 667. Breath deeply in the fresh air. Our porch is designed to over look the valley and be able to hold a space to soak in the sun as well as get off the breeze and offer shade all the while the children play in the spacious yard. (If you have children.) :)
