Cape Contemporary, surrounded by woods, recently remodeled with many windows added and 3 sliding doors that exit to a new large deck. The house is in a quiet wooded area off Cahoon Hollow Road, minutes to Well fleet Center and restaurants, walk to Dyer and Long Ponds through wooded path in National Seashore. The house is conveniently set up for 9 people with 4 bedrooms. There is a first floor bedroom with a king, large dining area and brand new family/living room. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, a loft area and full bath. The master bedroom has 1 king size bed, the second bedroom is smaller and has 2 extra long twins (sheets are available for use). There is a finished bedroom in the walk out basement area, with an en-suite bathroom. There is cable TV and high speed internet, outdoor shower, all new appliances, complete kitchen with many cooking tools, large ceiling fan in living room, fans for all bedrooms, washer/dryer, Weber gas grill, lounge chairs, outdoor table/chairs/umbrella, 8 beach chairs, children's toys, flowers around house and on deck.

Terrific house with nice open areas. We love the deck, outdoor shower and it’s a great area for waking to the ponds. The hers are very comfortable too. We hope to stay here again

This house is ideally located - very near the kettle ponds and minutes to the ocean... and to excellent restaurants. It is aptly described as airy and light! Comfortable beds and seating for both dining and lounging. Kitchen is well-equipped. The host was easy to reach, friendly, and helpful . We hope to return next year!

My family loved our stay here. It is in a fabulous location - close to *many* beaches and ponds - and includes everything you need. It even had beach chairs and umbrellas in the shed. Highly recommended and we'd love to stay again.

Lovely spot in Wellfleet!

Great stay, great location, wonderful host! We love the house. It was spacious and comfortable, and perfect for us and our two dogs.

We loved this house, from top to bottom and outside and in! Wonderful nooks and crannies for personal space, exceptionally well stocked kitchen, perfect location in a quiet wooded area.

Comfortable home and walking distance to ponds, trails and PJs for food & ice cream.

Nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. The house had a large deck with awesome lounge chairs, and was surrounded by woods. We cooked on the BBQ, ate outside on the deck, and took long walks around trails circling Dyer Pond. The house is walking distance (8-10 minutes) from PJs (for food and ice cream). The shower had nice pressure and the house had everything we needed. Two thumbs up.

Spotlessly clean. We were provided with everything we needed, plus lots of extras (for example, the bedroom door squeaks, dw40 in the basement! The hose was very comfortably arranged with plenty of space for 6 adults. We spent a lot of time on the spacious deck among the trees. Nice easy walk to ponds and to PJ's for soft-serve. Beds were comfortable and having linens and towels was a nice bonus. Definitely recommend!..

Lovely house in beautiful Wellfleet

Wonderful Cape Cod house the end of a gravel road, very private with lots of scrub oak and pitch pine.The property is close to the national seashore with a single track trail,great for hiking and mountain biking. Visit some of the smaller kettle ponds on the trails. A big plus was having linens included in the rental.Nicely equipped kitchen and there are even some mountain bikes and helmets available.

Secluded Yet Centrally-Located

The house is set back and private, nestled under beautiful pines in the forest; the many windows let in an abundance of light (great sunsets from the family room!). The interior is neat as a pin, well laid out, and very well supplied. While our party was small, the house clearly would work great for larger groups. Luke was super responsive and had a wealth of great suggestions for our stay. We really enjoyed hiking in the forest, thanks to his directions, rejuvenating stints on the nearby beaches, and our trek on the rail trail! The house is close to so many activities--a true gem! Thank you, Luke!

Large very well situated house near ponds and beach. The rooms were all a very nice sized and it had a lovely large deck. The upstairs did get hot without any air conditioning and the furniture and kitchenware were not all in the best shape.

Great Oysterfest Rental

This property was a great location for Oysterfest as we were able to walk into town to avoid the traffic. The house itself had a nice deck out back and a great big living room that was perfect for gathering after we got back.

Wonderful Wellfleet Vacation

My daughter, my dog, and I stayed at the VRBO home in Wellfleet. We loved the home with its many windows looking out on the trees, it spaciousness(open floor plan), the wine and chocolates left for us in the dining room, and the wonderful deck where we watched bird activity and just breathed in the fresh air and relaxed in the chairs. All three is us enjoyed our 2 walks to Dyer Pond, of which we are particularly fond. We went to Great Island and Newcomb Hollow in Wellfleet, Fort Hill in Eastham, and the Dune Shack Trail in Provincetown. Each experience had interesting highlights and were memorable. After each busy day, we had our wonderful house to come home to, to make meals, listen to classical music, work on a crossword puzzle, and relax on the big couch!! Thank you to the owner!!

Amazing

House was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 7 of us. Private and peaceful setting, we loved hanging out on the back deck chatting. Had some great homey touches like hooks on the backs of doors and mirrors in bedrooms and soft blankets to use while curled up on the window seat. A wonderful supply of outdoor equipment beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, noodles and bikes. Luke really thought of everything and was such a pleasure to communicate with, it was an amazing weekend and hopefully we’ll be back for longer next time.

Wonderful spot!

This is a beautiful house, very comfortable, with a wonderful, open living room and great bedrooms. The deck off the back of the house is great too, tucked into the woods of Welfleet. We greatly appreciated all the bikes, chairs and beach gear in the shed, all in great condition! Everything was clean, the house was so easy to spend a week in with our family and a few friends who visited. Everyone loved it! Oh, and ping-pong in the basement was also a huge hit. Thanks so much!

Perfect for a family gathering

Luke was very responsive and the house easily accommodated 8 without feeling too crowded. The large grill and nice selection of mountain bikes definitely added to the experience. We walked to the ponds and adorable downtown Wellfleet, and biked to the ocean beaches and along the nearby rail trail. Lots to do!

Reunion success

Very comfortable and roomy home, located in a beautiful setting, away from congested areas, yet close to restaurants and beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our reunion with old friends and laughed a lot!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Luke's place - the house is set up well for a group and we loved the property and hike to the ponds. Everything was easy and clean and we look forward to staying in the area again.

Lovely location. Lots of room

The location of the house was great. It can fit lots of people and the 2 king beds are comfy. It was great to have a dog friendly house.

Property is located close to town and the ocean, super convenient. We’ve been coming to Wellfleet for 25 years, this was our best rental property!
