Welcome to Our Spectacular Beachfront and Waterfront Bay Cottage Located on Lieutenant Island in Wellfleet, Massachusetts. It is an Internationally and Regionally Featured Property. It's in a Very Picturesque and Private Location with a Western Facing Exposure. On the second floor, a Flowing Open Floor Plan has the Living, Kitchen and Dining Area Opening onto a Large 38' X 10' Outside Deck with Panoramic Views of Cape Cod Bay, Great Island, Jeremy Point, Billingsgate and Wellfleet Harbor. It's a Cozy Two Bedroom Cottage with a Full Bath on the Ground Floor. There is a Queen Bed in the Master Bedroom and Two Twin Beds in the Guest Bedroom along with a Pullout Sofa in the Living Room. Beautiful Antique Reclaimed Teak Floors are Throughout the Cottage. There's a Wonderful Outdoor Hot/Cold Shower with a Bay Views. A Stainless MP Gas Grill, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Internet, Direct TV, Beach Chairs, Toys, Reef Walkers and Board Games are all Included. There is also a Kayak, Boogie Board and Life Jackets available for your use (Signed Waiver Form Required). Pets are Welcome. It is required that they are House Broken, Well Behaved, and Well Groomed. Out of consideration to all guests, pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Linens and Towels are Available Upon Request from our Cleaning Service (Additional Fee). Otherwise, Guests are Responsible for Providing Linens, Pillow Cases and Towels. Four PM Check-in/Ten AM Check-out. Nightly, Monthly and Multi-Week Rentals are Also Available Upon Request. RATES ARE USUALLY CURRENT AND ACCURATE TROUGH THE CALENDAR YEAR. RATES BEYOND THE CALENDAR YEAR ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Amazing stay at this pet-friendly cottage on the beach. Location was great and the hosts were very accommodating. We loved the privacy of the island, the outdoor space, and the sunsets overlooking the bay!

We had a fantastic stay at this cottage. The location was absolutely perfect- right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access to the water. Our dog especially loved running on the beach during low tide, which was one of the highlights of our trip. The cottage was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. We would happily stay here again!

Nice little cottage right on the bay in Wellfleet couldn’t be a better location. great beach for collecting shells at low tide. Our host Drew was very responsive and attentive.

Beautiful location, although difficult terrain to get there. Place was clean, temperature was controllable, and kitchen was well-stocked. It was a nice break from the city!

The host Drew was super responsive and the cabin’s amenities were solid. For a remote setting, the wireless single was strong and we were easily able to stream music and movies without issue. The real standout, however was the location of the cabin and its amazing views.

Stunning views! Absolutely gorgeous location. The house was clean and stocked. Great together time with my 20-year-old daughter and our water loving dog. Drew was always available and communicative. Fantastic spot for anyone who loves the beach and nature. Was private and unrivaled views of the ocean.

Private Beach Vacation!

If you are looking for a relaxing property, and one where beach time is plentiful and just a walk down the steps, this is the place! The beach is beautiful, full of shells and wildlife and very private! Truly a unique spot, would love to visit again!

Great little cottage for a family getaway

Our family had a great time at this cottage. The island is just beautiful and the beach was perfect for our two young kids! We will be back!

This property was a dream for us and communication with the host was great. The bay panorama was unobstructed and breathtaking. House set up was perfect for our dog. Private staircase leading to the bay beach made us feel like royalty. Spectacular sunsets from the back porch and we can't wait to come back!

The best of everything

Charming cottage with an incredible location on Lieutenant Island. The combination of comfort, view and friendly host can't be beat. We've already booked our return visit!!

Spectacular!

Our get away was better then we ever imagined. The cottage was cozy clean and had magnificent views.Our host was very accommodating and and made sure that we had great experience.We would definitely love to come back again!

Quality Family Time On the Water

This was a wonderful cottage to share quality family time overlooking the water. Drew is a gracious host. He covered all the details to make our stay special. Our daughters enjoyed the beach and abundant wildlife. We look forward to returning in the future!
