Nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, this extremely spacious home boasts 4 bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a generous workspace in the 4th bedroom. The spacious kitchen, huge living and dining area, plus patio make it a great place for a family retreat. The covered patio offers beautiful views of the surrounding hills, and spectacular Kings Canyon national park is only a half hour away. Did we mention that the stargazing is unparalleled? Book today!

This is a roughly 5 acre property in a rural setting.
The house features a large master with jetted tub and fireplace, second master, regular bedroom with 2 queen beds (bunk style), 4th bedroom with high-quality pull-out queen bed, regular hall bathroom, and half bath off the 4th bedroom. There is a dining area, large living area, kitchen, patio with bbq, laundry with washer and dryer, and ample parking. The workspace comes with a desk, office chair, monitor and keyboard. EV charging is free and wifi is extremely fast. There is a porta-crib available.

Guests will have access to our online recommendations for hikes, activities, restaurants, shopping, and auto rental. We try to hike the park at least once a week so that we can update our guidance.

Please clean anything you used in the kitchen. Start the dishwasher. No need to put stuff away. Leave the used beds unmade. Stay out of garage.

In order to avoid ant infestations, when you leave please take your trash and drop it in the cans of the house next door to the right (1801).

Quiet times are from 10 pm to 8 am. No extra guests on the premises without permission, except those who were part of the booking.

This was the best property I have ever stayed out. The host was amazing. The view is excellent it's a great place for family. The property is keep extremely clean.

We LOVED our stay! The house and property were amazing. The view from the deck was beautiful! It was so quiet and peaceful. It was close (approximately 25 minutes) to the park entrance. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Kings Canyon/Sequoia home base

We made this our home base as we explored Kings Canyon and Sequoia over several days. The property was wonderful for our group and communication was easy. Also appreciated the helpful advice on places to see/things to do in the area.

Lovely home. Very clean! It was just my wife and me, but there was plenty of room for a family. 40 minutes to entrance of Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. Very responsive contact with the owner during our stay. I would highly recommend!!!

Amazing home and views

We loved our stay here. The home was beautiful and super spacious. Everything was very clean, and well furnished. Owners communication was great for check in and out. Seamless process. Easy to find and prefect location for visits to kings canyon and Sequoia. Would highly recommend this property!

I take great pride in giving very accurate detailed reviews of the homes I stay in so here we go:The host was great, the house we stayed at was very well stocked with kitchenware, towels, toiletries, washing liquids and an espresso machine. The A/C worked great! The location was great and very close to the National Park. The views from the house were absolutely beautiful. For the price that we paid for a seven night stay, it was very reasonable. There were 2 issues with the house that really surprised me. There was a whirlpool tub in the main bathroom and when I filled the tub up with water and turned on the jets, the entire bottom of the tub was covered with a black sediment which I believe was black algae. So I definitely did not take a single bath that entire week in that Jacuzzi tub. Secondly, when my family and I first walked into the house, there were more than a dozen flies dead on the floors and there were live spiders in almost every room that we had to kill.The house was listed as a 10 out of 10 exceptional. I have stayed at more than a 3 dozen homes for weeks and months at a time that were 10 out of 10 exceptional and this was not one of them. It was a solid 8 out of 10.If not for the 2 issues that I had during my stay, I would have given it a 10 out of 10 exceptional. Todd
