We had a great stay! The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and matched the listing perfectly. It was super dog-friendly, close to downtown Fruita and local bike trails, and the 2-car garage was ideal for bike storage. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the home clean and appreciated our communication. We understand that the street noise can be a downside, there should have been some earplugs and sound machines to help with that. Thanks again for staying with us!

Lots to love about this home - location was easy & conveniently located to get around Fruita & surrounding areas; outdoor space was ideal for the cooler evenings & had a grill (which means I didn’t have to cook); the garage provided easy access to the house & safe bike storage; it is pet-friendly which meant our dogs could enjoy our adventure with us (the fully fenced back yard was ideal).
